I have a consult Monday. I don't know how to ask you let alone how to ask the dr without coming across as a lunatic. I want large breasts - and quite frankly - I don't really want the "natural" look. And I want "side boob". How do I tell the dr this? I don't want to come across as some dumb blond. Does that make any sense? I guess I'm looking for proper verbiage. Any feedback? As for a visual - I LOVE SANDIES SIG and Pamela Anderson (before she took her implants out and increased her size). While I'm at it - any suggestions on what profile to lean towards? I'm 5'8" 180#'s shooting for 160#'s by the time of surgery (end of June more than likely). My chest measures 32" but I prefer a 36" band.

I don't know the proper terms to use either, but just be honest with your PS. Take pictures if you need to so you can show exactly what you are looking for.

You may need to go to more than one PS for a consult to get what you want. Out of the 6 consults I went to only 2 PS's were willing to go over 350 cc's with me.

Have a few consults, ask for what you want, if you are paying you should get it AS LONG as it's within reason and doesn't run a risk of complications for you. Make sure you can give them a great description or pic of what you are looking to achieve. Remember, just b/c it's good for her doesn't mean its going to be good for you, we are all made differently.

I'm sure most if not all surgeons have heard of this request. You will find some that will do it and some that won't. So don't be discouraged. But do listen to the medical reasons if they have any. At make sure to worry about that.
If it's something that you want, and it's feasible, don't let anyone talk you out of it. You do what you want for you.

I know exactly what you mean, I had a hell of a time trying to explain "side boob" to my PS and he honestly just stared at me like I was insane. He couldnt understand why anyone would want big boobs that brushed against their arms hahah. Anyways I think your best bet is to bring in pictures that show the rounder or faker look and explain that you're not going for "natural" or "proportionate" or w/e else. Don't worry about it, it's not such an odd request

Well, if your ribcage measures 32" then that really makes you a 36 band, your bra band size is your ribcage measurement plus 4"-5" to get an even number.

I would just ask for the largest recommended size. Generally that means high profile implants to get the maximum ccs possible for the width that'll still fit into you without crossing over or falling down to your armpits.

Hi I know exactly what you mean!! At my consult I said I would like a 36D or maybee DD and then I went to my pre op to try on sizers and said I dont want a natural look, I prefer the round look, I would like lots of side projection(side boob) But I was completely clear that I did not want a uniboob!! So she went as much as she could to get me all of those things while still being safe!! I am really comfortable with my ps and had no problem discussing my wishes!! I am glad I found someone with the same wants out of a BA!!!

I dont have an answer for you, but just wanted you to know I am in the same situation you are... I know EXACTLY what look your talking about because I also want that look. I am 5'9, 160#, and my surgery is in 5 weeks..... (I should be around 145# by then) The most Ive been able to negotiate with my ps is 575.

I have had my mind set on 600 filled to650... Good luck getting what you want, and if your able to successfully explain to him tell me how you did it so I can do the same! LOL

Take pics! It's not that unusual of a request, my doctor even had a check box for "I want Natural- Inbetween- Fake Looking". Just tell him what you want and I'm sure you'll find a surgeon who is right for you.

Just remember hun they work for you..... as long as its not a health risk you make sure you get what you want cuz your gonna be wearing them a long time J x

Tell him . If you have to see 10 PS then do so...
Get what you want.

U say it just like that honey! Like the ladies have stated you should be able to get what you want. Ur PS is not a volunteer.

You also mentioned a profile suggestion. While HPs will allow more CCs they are likely to give you less side boob. Mods and Mod + will give you more of a round look.

you can also add that you want them to look like you paid for them, not like you were born with them.

I do agree with the other girls about listening to the medical advice. Things to keep in mind also:

Finding pretty bras on your size

Dresses most likely would have to be altered, some clothes might fit the breast but will be big on the waist.

Back pain. While implants are not that heavy, they add weight, the more cc's the more combined weight you would have. Carrying those babies around 24/7 require strong back muscles.

just go for it! say what u want i told my ps i wanted a fake look so got round implants as it goes they look totally natural on me lol im the same size as you 5ft8 and 155lbs! nice to find someone on here whos a similar build the biggest i could gte was 460cc.
