sports bras with rice test?

hi everyone, is it true that if you do the rice test with sports bra on you get more of idea of size with unders???? i tryed it and the did appear a bit smaller and more compact as if they were inside you? any thoughts on this? thanks ladies i think iam going MAD with this size thing

Hi, I tried the rice test yesterday, and it didn't help me too much. I was hoping that when I went to my ps he would let me put an implant sample in my bra to give me an idea of what to expect with size.
I have to meet with him pre-op next week and I guess I will ask him. I have no ieda what to expect. All he said to me was large C or small D. I can't imagine myself as a D at all. Good luck!

Hey Jenny!
I have way different stats then you but i am getting 450cc on the left and 375 on the right, i am starting out a 34B and told my PS i wanted to end up a Full D/small DD and he said that should be perfect....mind you, i am 5'10, 145lbs....but u think almost everyone i have talked to has wanted to go bigger...thats what i am keeping in mind which is putting my mind at ease a little more about the size i chose!! Good Luck!!!!

The rice test was 100% for me in a sports bra.

The rice test with the sports bra was dead-on for me! It kinda even feels the same way in the morning!

I did the rice test with a 350cc equivalent rice pad, and ended up having 325cc whe I finally had surgery - they both looked exactly the same to me!! Maybe that was because my implants are VHP's, and obviously the rice pads weren't!

When I put the rice bags in my bra, they kinda mushed my breasts. Not painful, but somewhat uncomfortable. That's how my breast feel now when I wake. Kinda solid and heavy. I hope that makes sense.

So when you say the rice test was 100%, did you subtract 15% for going under the muscle or are you saying that the exact number of cc's the doctor suggested was how you ended up looking without subtracting 15%??
Is that clear??? ha ha ha
It's all so confusing.. yet exciting !!

I really don't think you have to subtract any amount for the rice test for unders. Especialy if you're trying it with a sports bra. Eventually your muscle relaxes and allows the full implant to show its size.

I think my rice test was pretty accurate. But putting them in my A bras was soooo not the same as putting them in the sports bra. I highly recommend the sports bra method.
