OMG OMG OMG!! I am a tad nervous now although I slept pretty well. Just having my last meal now. Just got a few last minute things to do (what will I wear??!)

I have caught my kids' flu, well just a bad throat and a funny voice. Not really sore at all and I don't feel ill either. Now I am stressing they won't do me because of that. Surely not???

Better go...wish me luck!!

Good luck!!! Just be sure to tell your PS and Ana about the sore throat. That might effect your breathing tube (assuming you're getting general ana).

I'm sure you'll be fine though! Good luck!!!

When is your surgery? Should you be eating right now? Let us know how you are when you feel up to it.

I am curious about the eating also. I didn't think you were supposed to eart 12 hours prior to surgery?

Good Luck Today. I'm with the other girls...are you sure you should be eating? I wasn't supposed to eat from midnight until after my breast augmentation. Well, Hopefully your cold doesn't get in the way of your big day. Best Wishes!!!

with regards to eating, i've been told not to eat or drink anything after 10.30am and my op is at 4.30pm, so only 6 hours!
Not that i'll be able to eat much anyhoo !

if you have ever had surgery before and get nauseous from the anesthesia, i would wait longer than 6 hours for eating....my surgery is scheduled for 8am and i have to be there by 7...i know i have problems getting sick from anesthesia so i wont eat after dinner on tuesday night!!!
