Question How long were you sore/tender

Hey ladies,

I'm almost 2 weeks post-op and was just curious how long you guys were sore/tender after your breast augmentation? When did they stop feeling foreign and more like your own?

I was sore for about a week, but that's not common. I overdid it when I felt better and actually caused more damage than I would've if I'd just listened to my Dr and took it easy for a few weeks.

As for feeling foreign, it takes a different amount of time for all of us. For me, at about 3-4 months, I realized that I'd stopped thinking of them as "implants" and they were just "mine". That's what I define as being the point where I felt over the surgery.

I can't help with your question too much except to say that I'm 2weeks and 2 days post-op and still feeling very sore and tender. I guess everyone is different but what you're feeling is normal and not everyone looses the soreness right away.
