700cc's 4 weeks post op. Recovering from complications..

HI there. I had my surgery on 3/19. I have a larger frame and got 700 cc high profile silicone implants under the muscle.
I developed a hematoma in my right which caused the incision to open up and the implant to be visible. I had to undergo another surgery to clean up the pocket, remove and replace the old implant and re suture it better and I have non dissolvable ones which will be taken out in 2 weeks.
Ironically, the breast which had the complications dropped first and my left looks smaller on the very bottom and is still a little high hand hard. IS this still too early to worry about dropping and fluffing?

Hello there,

Sorry to hear about your ordeal

Glad that it was fixed & you are on your road to recovery.

You may want to talk to your surgeon to make sure that the breast w/the complication is doing well.
I take it that you think it dropped & fluffed too soon, correct?

Make sure that the sutures are still holding the implant in place & that another complication hasn't occurred. (I don't want to alert you but please do talk to your PS)

I bottomed out & I too noticed that my breasts just did not look right.

Good luck & best wishes ~

No concern about bottoming out at al. I just meant it's dropped quicker. I saw my PS today and has my second surgery this past Wednesday and am seeing him every few days, so no concern right now for the sutures either.
I am just more wondering if it takes longer for them to drop if they are bigger cc's , under the muscle, etc and how long it took some of you ladies.

Sorry to hear that happening. What caused the hematoma? I'm having my surgery in September and am so nervous w/ any complications.. Good luck w/ everything!!

I would think it will d&f sooner for revision since the mucel and skin has streched out already from the first BA.

No idea what caused the hematoma. The breast that had the complication is lower and filled out more. Leftie is being stubborn and has slightly dropped but you can tell the bottom has much filling that needs to be done
