I'm curious too! If going to 2000cc will onlyl get you a 34G, I'd feel cheated! I am 34F and from my understanding...it goes F, FF, G???? Right??? I'd feel super cheated! 4x's larger and only three sizes up? Makes sense, but i'd want 2000cc's to get me like, watermelon breasts!

New ID, same user. Have 1300 and feel really good physically so I've just been enjoying it. Had about 10 months of pain and hassles so the last 5 months has been a delight.

Have the 'wrong' implants now though - very o/f and not the size I want anyway. So ..... a redo - one day.

Do you think going from 900cc to 1300cc is going to make a big difference? Does the weight bother you at all?

Why do you say they are the 'wrong' implants? Is it because they changed shape when they were overfilled?

This is one of my biggest concerns with an implant that is overfilled that much past recommendations. It totally changes the dimensions and makes them more round (as in the implants takes on a rounded ball shape) instead of with a nice base width.

I'm just curious if that is what you are experiancing.

If you're going B-I-G - start with the biggest implant you could get. My doc (at the time of last surgery) wanted to use expanders and the largest Spectrum is 550cc. That was WRONG. The shape isn't what I want - TOO much profile and not enough coverage.

'Right' implant is a low/mod profile 850cc conventional implant. THAT is the right implant to 'severely' overfill for best overall appearance. Might switch to that if I do this another time. That implant, o/f 1700cc to 2100cc's.

Should probably go to 1500cc's to make it worth the effort. No regrets.

Yes, my plastic surgeon told me that to get the best width with projection if we were to overfill would be to go with a mod and overfill...it changes the size to a HP on the base and a VHP on the projection.

My concern would be feel...do yours feel hard? Mine are jello soft now and I have minimal fill amount but yet when I get past my natural breast tissue I can feel the implant and it has firmness with just 25 cc over face value....I cannot even begin to imagine what it feels like 200-300 cc's over or even more.

I guess its a trade off. I like BIG but I still want to feel realistic.

Any new pics of what yours look like now?

I'm dreaming about 2000cc's and thinking of 1500cc's but had a bad experience with 1st plastic surgeon. Told me all sorts of things about health, backpain and osteoperosis, looking ridiculous etc. took a lot of courage to go to 2nd plastic surgeon who was too easy. Now I'm confused.

i can totally understand you. but you shouldnt be scared of looking ridiculous... that's what you want to look like. and if anybody finds that ridiculous it's their problem. the health issues are something different. although i have never heard about something more serious than backpain. what exactly did he tell you? sounds a bit scary. but probably he's only uncomfortabel with doing large implants. being too easy is not a big help either. that makes you feel he just wants to "sell" an operation and make money.

I have also heard it's best to use a mod 800cc or so saline implant (largest you can get) and overfill to go over 1000cc. A lady I work did that, she has 800cc overfilled to 960cc (I'm pretty sure) and they look great. I wonder if I could get 800cc overfilled to 1000 or 1100 with just 435cc now or would I have to get 600-700cc in between? What is the threshold for "going up" to large sizes?

Originally when I went to the first plastic surgeon I wanted a tummy tuck and a lift and the idea hit me to go bigger as well because I had nice ones before the kids. My hubby and I sort of played around a bit and one thing led to another. The rice sacks just got bigger and bigger and I sort of like the idea. Anyway I went to the plastic surgeon sort of openminded but unsure of what to expect. He initially said 350-400CC combined with a lift would be ok. But the size of the rice sacks suggested I had 600-700CC's in mind . He then told me he is one of the more openminded surgeons around and I should take my future health into account. This included the extra weight up front which means the back muscles would have to work harder to keep a good posture. If the back muscles are not strong enough then I was going to walk bent forward which in turn put strain on the lower back, and which will sort of squeeze the discs which leads to all sorts of things. Esspecially if you have loss of bone calsium due to the pregnancies.

Eventually after some convincing he was prepared to put in the 500cc LP's. Naturally I was very happy with the TT but the ladies did not live up to expectations.

I did not even feel the extra weight and because of the LP's the breasts were fuller but not really bigger.

A year later I went back to him to try to convice him to put in 800cc's but he flatly refused.

My husband suggested I try another plastic surgeon. We did some research and I found another plastic surgeon close by the first plastic surgeon.

I went there fully prepared for an argument, sort of expecting a lot of resistance. I told the plastic surgeon I wanted to go big. He just said: "I'm with you. How big you want to go? The legal limit is 1600cc, I have 750's instock but anything bigger I'll have to order from Europe. It will take about 10 days. You may have a problem finding clothes and underware if you go that big".

I wasnt prepared for that. It was just toooo easy.

No resistance, no argument. You know what a woman is like. If you are ready for a fight and suddenly something just falls into your lap you immediately think there must be something wrong here.

I phoned my husband. He said go for 1100 or 1200cc or even 1400 but I just couldnt wrap my mind around that so quickly, having what the 1st plastic surgeon said in the back of my mind.

Eventually I settled for the 900's. I have had them for more than a year now and I just love them. I like the feel and the weight and how they stick out but recently the rice sacks has come out again.

And I recently found this forum where it is actually ok to discuss your hopes and dreams and the girls are supporting and encouraging each other.

Bye for now
