Going from 600 saline to 800 silicone?

Okay ladies! I need help! I havent posted in awhile, you know how it goes.... You get so busy, life, husband, kids, business.... So, I was going to get my revision this past summer, along with a few other things, but I chickened out at the last minute. Not because of the breast augmentation, but because of the other things I was going to have done. My first breast augmentation, I also had liposuction done, and my recovery was VERY VERY hard. I was in pain for a long time, and since I am a weirdo, and am allergic to so many pain meds, it was mostly tylenol and tylenol pm for me almost the whole time. So I chickened out this summer and cancelled. I wanted to make sure I was 100% ready for the recovery, and wanted to be 100% sure of the procedures before I decided. I personally feel if you have any doubt, listen to it. So here we are a few months later, and I have decided to go ahead with the revision and breast lift. I have decided to forgo the other procedures I was considering. Those are the ones that had me so nervous and stressed out. SOOOOOOOOO............
Had consult (again) yesterday, and surgery is going to be next Thurs, Oct 2. I had no intention of getting my implants replaced, just a full lift. I was going to get it done when I FIRST got my implants, but Dr Jabor felt that with the size of implant I decided on, 600cc, it would fill it up a bit, but also that I would probably stretch out a bit anyway going from a natural b to 600cc. Not oly that, but the first time around I had SO MUCH DONE... I was in surgery over 8 hours as it is, and that was without the lift.
ANyway, (sidetracked lol) went back in to see him about getting just the lift. I am happy with my size, and they look very very natural, but that wasn't the look I was going for. I still have a lot of skin, and they are by no means tight. They move and look like natural breasts do. They also sag a bit. They are saggier now than before surgery, even thou they are fuller. Does that make sense? I cant go with out a bra at all. Which was kinds one of my reasons for getting implants, so that OCCASIONALLY I could wear shirts or dresses without a bra and still look hot. lol Well, I cant do that. So I consulted with him yesterday, and he kinds threw me for a loop when he asked if I was going to replace my implants. I hadn't thought of that at all, I mean, I like my size. He told me that it may be a good idea to do the lift and put in a textured implant. He said he is going to completely revise my pocket, and that by putting in a textured implant it might help it from dropping and moving around so much. My implants now have FULL RANGE of motion. LOL Like I said, they are completely like naturals. So what he said makes perfect sense. He then goes on to say that I could go a little larger if I wanted, and I might want to since the lift will remove a little bit of tissue. We started looking at the size charts, and much to my amazement saline doesnt have a textured implant larger than like 400 something. NO WAY! Im not going smaller! I think it would be like 500something at max fill. Right now I have 500 filled to 600. So they suggest that I might like silicone. Now, my best friend got silicone last year and she likes them, but I feel like they have a tendancy to look more natural, and not the round faker look I am aiming for. SOOOOO here is my dilema. I have my choice from 600, 700, or 800cc silicone. I am also getting a full anchor lift at the same time. I am strongly considering the 800's. I have read that silicone always looks smaller in comparison with salines of the same size, and also that because they are more compressable? they look smaller? Also because he is taking out some of my own tissue, I deff dont want to be smaller than I am now. But what if they are too big?! As it is, I have a hard time finding bras. Victoria Secret? Forget about it! They only go up to a dd! Right now im in a 34ddd comfortablly. I dong mind being larger than I am now, expecially if it means I will be rounder and firmer.... but my dh says that maybe 700 will be better b/c of less pressure on the incisions. What should I do??? Help! Surgery is next Thurs!

On a side note, I find it funny that my doc is okay with going up that large! my first surgery I had to fight him to give me 600s, and He even made me sign a release! LOL Afterwords he did tell me I wouldn't have looked as good had I gone smaller. I do think Im the largest he's done. Also, a year ago there were very few of us on this site with 600 or more, and now there is a whole thread dedicated to it! A lot has changed over the last few years. Nikki, I like how diverse this site is becoming, and I personally think you do a great job.

Well I'm all for the bigger the better so I'm gonna say you may as well go with the 800cc because when you get over say 700 then 100cc isn't nothing, so I don't think it will be a huge difference and this way you won't be thinking afterwards well maybe I should have gotten the 800's!!! I think you should go for the 800cc. I have 750/800cc and I still think there small for my height and weight. If I ever do it over I will go larger. I'm still waiting for the drop and fluff but they could be bigger. Your tall and going from 600-800 isn't to much of a difference. Good Luck with your decision.

Well I decided to go with the 800cc. Im super excited. (and scared!) Does anyone know if I will lose size going from saline to silicone? It doesn't make sense that I would, but then again, I have read where people say that silicone doesn't look near as big as saline of the same size. ??????? anyone know first hand? So, four more days!! wOOhOO! lol Im not looking forward to the recovery, but I am looking forward to new perky, smaller areolar, bigger-around boobs! LOL

Where do you go for bigger than 800cc? I think that with silicone, 800 is the largest that they have? Im sorry that your having boobie greed. If your only a few days out, they will get bigger if you went with unders. I know that my 600's continued to drop (and drop and drop lol) and fluff up to one year. Two months after surgery I was a 36d-dd, and one year three months later I am a 36ddd , and can fit into some e's. I also gained some weight, so that may have contributed as well. We have similiar stats, except that I am a bit heavier than you. I hope that if nothing else the 800 will give me more roundness. Im okay with the amount of projecton Ihave right now, but I would like more roundness. Well anyway, surgery is four days away, and Im super excited!

Yes, I would go with the 800 if I were you. I am going larger and 800 is probably what I will go... if the ps will let me. Go for it
