| Large Breast Implants This forum will be for discussing implants that are 700cc or larger. Although 700cc may not seem large to some, they are, generally, considered a larger size. |

I'm still having a trouble seeing the image, unfortunately... if it's giving a problem with creating an album, maybe you can grab a PhotoBucket account? (If you're using quick reply, are you always checking "show your signature"? Sorry if it's an obvious question, but I know I've forgotten a few times myself, then wondered why my signature wasn't displaying!) Not having enough body fat to hide implants wouldn't be a bad problem to have, really. You mentioned before that you could feel the folds in the implants, but not see them... did your boobs look mostly the same but less filled out, or did you have the whole torpedo-boob thing going on?I only wish I could go to Tahoe this spring! I'd love to do it, but at the moment logistical stuff like finances and time off work are making it difficult - I don't think they would be too happy if I had to take three weeks off to get "another" boob job. (They just don't understand!) I'm planning it for the near future, though - no more than a couple of years... I figure, with how long I had to wait before getting the first one done, waiting a couple more years for an upgrade isn't a big deal. |

and I have to ask. How dificult is it to find a US Dr who will use expanders in place of regular implants? I see you have 960's now, are those just 800's overfilled? I wanted much larger than what I got and prefered silicone but there aren't too many options i can afford there.

I am a mother of two, married, almost done with my national guard commitment of 8 years, in college for the second time, and in addition to all that I DO indeed have a website and I do indeed do porn and as soon as I heal I will go back to stripping. Am I not a "normal woman"?!?!?!?! |

I don't mean to be insulting to members here and I appreciate V.M.BrownEyes for capturing the spirit of what I meant. My surgeon simply wouldn't place the expander first, which is what I'd hoped for initially since that seemed to make the most sense. In fact, I discovered this during the preop consult the day before my surgery and I was shocked! Here I was 2000mi from home with the impression that I would only need two surgeries for this process (expanders, then final implants), only to discover that I would be having one more surgery. I was in tears, but having cosmetic surgery is an emotional experience. My surgeon thought I had already had implants and wanted to go larger and so there was some miscommunication there. Anyway, his experience was that the body needed to form a stable pocket around an initial implant (3 or more months) before expanders could be placed. Maybe there are surgeons (? Dr. Domanskis ?) who would forego the initial implants and go straight to expanders for the first surgery? I am plus sized as well and it is amazing and unfortunate how little difference a 960cc implant makes on my body, they cost a small fortune! |

This is exactly what happened to me, too. As far as I know the implants I have right now are 800s overfilled. To the point about having the skin stretched, my understanding is that the expanders are used for exactly that reason - the skin can stretch if it's done in small amounts over time, but having a huge change (since in my case, I would go from 960cc to 2000+cc) would have a higher risk of actual damage.

So the expander is only temporary? What options has the plastic surgeon given you for a final implant? Do you have to go out of the US?

EnglishGirl might be in a better position to answer this, as she already has the expanders and I'm at the "pre-expander" saline stage... when I talked to my plastic surgeon, he said that usually what he does after the expanders is to get silicone implants from Europe and put those in instead, once you've reached your desired size. Hope this helps!

I don't think it's that it can't be permanent, exactly... when I asked my plastic surgeon if there was a certain amount of time that I should get them replaced in, he said that there wasn't one but that the metal portions of the expanders (the cup that the syringe goes into fill them) would interfere if you ever had to have an MRI or something. For me personally, it's more that when I get to the size I want I figure I'll just have silicone anyway. If you don't want to replace them, though (whether for financial reasons or just not wanting to go to the trouble), I don't think there would be a problem keeping them, but you're probably better off asking a plastic surgeon to be sure. My surgeon's name is listed in my profile, so if you want, look up his website and give him a call (since he doesn't have a forum on this site). |

Thank you for your help. I don't know if I'll ever get another chance to get what I wanted to start. I wish that we didn't have such restrictions here in the US. While the 800cc limit might be enough for the majority of women, for a woman of my size this limit is the bottom end of getting a realistic BA. people can't believe that I got 700's,(my little sis got 330 and went from a B to a D). I tell friends that if you put a tennis ball under a throw rug it looks big, if you put it under a sofa cushin you don't even notice it...I'm the sofa cushin hahaha. Good luck getting to were you want, I'll keep hoping.

My implants are 800cc overfilled to 960cc, and the expanders that EnglishGirl has and I'm planning to get are up to 2000cc. The way my plastic surgeon does it is that you can order the implants from Europe (they don't limit the size to 800cc for silicone) and he'll put them in for you after you're at your desired size with the expanders.

Hi gertaschrude, I finally got around to having a picture taken (kinda dark) but this is how they look now and this next week I'll fill up to 2000cc and I know that will be my final size because these ladies are getting HEAVY! http://img186.imagevenue.com/img.php..._122_419lo.JPG You're right about daring to go extra large because people mostly won't understand and may treat you differently. I haven't run in to too much of that yet, but then I haven't seen my mother in law since I was 1000cc and even then I was covering them up quite a bit. So I guess we're both in for an uncomfortable next get together because there is NO WAY I can cover these up. I didn't tell anyone before I began this process because I didn't want to give anyone the impression I was asking for their permission or approval. I didn't want the weight of other people's expectations to be my burden when this is what I've wanted for a long time. But on the other hand, it's kinda weird to see friends and acquaintances after the fact when they know there's something different, but kindly say, "Looks like you've lost weight recently" even though my breasts are clearly much larger than they were 6 months ago (D-cup to British GG-cup or H-cup depending). |

you llok absolutely gorgeous. and yes, they're huge but still they look soft and natural on you. so i think many people do'nt recognize that they're fake. i'm curious about the 2000cc photo... though you probably won't see such a big difference... i hope everything goes well next time with your mother in law. |

![]() | Huge thank you
Huge thank you to English girl So great of you to go in such details about your experience. I was laughing ( in nice way) abt your freak outs with anatomical expanders. They sure must have not looked too great half filled. I have anatomical silicon and I love the shape. I had round ones before and these are like 100% better...for me anyway. I prefer more natural look on me..I love the way they gradually slope from the top.So are you based in UK and went for your op to US ? It would be great to actually see your boobies out of bra if that is possible? BTW why did you decided on anatomical shape...or was it your surgeon idea? I would love to get bigger boobies..thinking 1200cc.And most importantly to correct my ripplingTake care and once again Thank you for sharing.. Ciao A |

Thank you Gertaschrude and AliBebes, you're both so nice. I just had another 180cc put in again today (still every 2 weeks) and so they're a bit fuller. But honestly, you really don't see much of a difference with a 10% increase in volume. The difference becomes more apparent when I look at pictures from when I was 1440cc. What is noticeable is the increased weight. I ordered some silicone bra strap pads online last week and I'm waiting patiently for those. I hope those reduce some of the shoulder strain these ladies are giving me. I just have the overfill to 2200cc to do now and then I'll think about scheduling my final surgery. While at the doctor's office today, I had the opportunity to feel a Mentor Cohesive Gel implant (softest cohesive Mentor makes) and it felt much softer than the salines that I have now. It will be nice to move from these "tight" saline implants to something noticeably squishier. I'm still contemplating the type of implant I would like permanently. My surgeon mentioned that anatomicals can rotate in the pocket so much so that the implant looks like it is sideways or upside down. That seems a bit unusual. I said before that I wanted anatomicals because I love the lower pole fullness and am less partial to the rounded look, but now I just don't know. I've read many of the different posts here and women with anatomicals love them and women with rounds love them. What is a girl to do? I would certainly consider posting a nude photograph of my implants, but I don't know if that is allowed here on the forum so I don't want to get myself into trouble. I'll post some cleavage pictures some time from now when the current expansion has settled a bit. They're kind of tight right now so I'm laying down resting. This usually takes 3 - 4 days to go away before they feel normal again. Here is a picture of how they look today @ 1980cc each (copy and paste to address bar): img251.imagevenue.com/img.php?image=94558_EnglishGirl-1980cc_122_441lo.JPG |

I had round ones before 2x and now anatomical. I much prefer anatomical..but then I never had HP round ones..they can give very similar effect to anatomical. As for anatomical rotating..yes..it used ot happen with smooth anatomical.I think in Europe you can't even get smooth ones only textured...so textured they attach to the tissue so the should not rotate. My plastic surgeon said that Anatomical ones are very high maintenance and I must be prepared to put up with long after surgery care. For me it ment 3 months of special bra day and night..only taken off during showers/baths...plus I had to wear belt on upper chest for 5 weeks to prevent them staying too high up...plus it was bringing them closer together..let me tell ya it was so uncomfy..my chest and back muscles were so tight and sore...It was as well for preventing them to rotate ok. Unfortunately I have bad rippling so I will need re-do..not sure what implants to go for right now...all I know I want big boobs..I mentioned before 1200cc.Maybe even 1400cc...not sure...but as you say..weight can be an issue... Are you done now or are you going to go bigger. How long do you have to be 2160cc before you come down to 2000. O r are you having the sils put in now. I just had a look at your latest pic and you look fabulous. A real happy smile.
