| Large Breast Implants This forum will be for discussing implants that are 700cc or larger. Although 700cc may not seem large to some, they are, generally, considered a larger size. |

I know it has been a long time since I've written, but I haven't had much positive to write about. Repeat disappointments take the wind out of my sails. My local surgeon informed me that the manufacturer determine that "surgeon error" led to rupture of my expanders at 2160cc. He then ruptured the replacement expanders 03/2009, and then finally 04/2009 he placed them at 1800cc each. I am a persistent woman, and fortunately healthy to be able to tolerate all these roadblocks to big boobies. These replacement costs were covered by the surgeon. I am having the 2000cc expanders replaced with 3000cc expanders in the next 3 days. Just yesterday, my original surgeon filled me from 1800 to 2300 and I was quite tight and so am the most sore than I have been with any other fill (went up >25% with one fill, whereas the previous fills were no more than 11 - 12% increases). I love my current size! I now have side-boob, cleavage, and projection all at once. My final goal is 2500cc each side. My biggest problem at this point is finding a set of 2500cc gel implants. It is amazing how much some women want for unused gel implants 2000cc or greater ($12000 - much higher). This is ridiculous. I'll keep searching. The black market for these makes this final step a no-go at least until the prices return to $3000/pair. (As far as I know, standard sized gel implants are $800 to $1000 / pair). Enough mumbo... Here's the jumbo. Hope you're all having fun in big booby land! Last edited by EnglishGirl; 06-06-2009 at 02:11 AM. Reason: image address for first image incorrect. |

Hi gertaschrude, Thank you, you are so kind . I don't have any bikini pictures (sadly, I'm not in that kind of shape), but I have some current bra pictures. As for bras, I wear a Glamorise 9265 because of the front closure and the mild underwire. The only size that works is the largest (38G British) and I am a 36HH. I love these bras, and I have a sewing machine to reduce the band size if I need to. There are four of five outlets online that make large bras off the shelf without the need for customization, but is is good to have a sewing machine from time to time.http://www.glamorise.com/style.php?/...lamorise/9265/ Here are the photos: http://img269.imagevenue.com/img.php...4_122_64lo.jpg http://img240.imagevenue.com/img.php..._122_557lo.jpg http://img221.imagevenue.com/img.php..._122_180lo.jpg |

![]() | Hi
Thanx for all the info English Girl! I really appreciate you sharing your info with us. You look fabulous. I was saving to go a bit bigger but now you have me wondrering if I shouldnt go even bigger. I know my husband wouldn't mind bcause he has been very supportive. ![]() He doesn't want us to get into debt for surgery but has said if we can save enough I can do it. Right now I am about halfway there and saving hard. Do they really ask $12 000 for a set of 2500cc silicones. That's ridiculous. ![]() Is your PS ok with you going that big? Did he have any warnings or did he tell you to look out for anything in particular?

Hi txladybug, Thank you. Yes I love the very well endowed look and the challenge now is to dress them down which I do with patterns, frills, layers, and dark fabrics. In most situations, it isn't appropriate to dress in form fitting clothes since the distraction for both sexes is noticeable and uncomfortable, and potentially unsafe. If I go out with my husband, then I feel more safe to not have to conceal them so much. |

Hi Flashyfair, One of the very nice qualities of my surgeon in South Lake Tahoe is that he at no time judged my preference for going very large. He did tell me that the likelihood for backpain problems was higher. So far, I haven't noticed any back pain on account of my implants. He also commented that the warranty of the PMT expanders is only for 6 months. One of his patients left her expanders in place and one failed after 20 months. So my stress is finding 2500cc gel implants (gummy bear preferably) SOON! The clock is ticking on my current 3000cc expanders (they can be filled to 3000cc, but I don't plan on going that high). What I've learned through experience is that the periodic fills are the point at which trouble can occur if the surgeon pierces the implant. I've contacted a plastic surgeon in Brazil where I believe Sabrina Sabrok, and possibly Sheyla Almeida had their custom implants done. I was quoted $3000 for the implants and $3000 for the surgery. There are no size restrictions in Brazil and so this is where I'll be going. I'll need to get a VISA from the Brazil government and a new passport at the post office (both are required by the Brazilian government to travel there). If my experience works out with the Brazil plastic surgeon, I will publish all the details here. I know this is more than you asked, but this experience is like an adventure that keeps changing and keeps me traveling. |

![]() | Hi English Girl ![]() Do you have to travel all the way to Brazil to get the silicone implants? From some research I have done I have heard there is a Dr Domaskis or something who have offices in the US and Italy. Apparently he does all the consults in the US and the really large implants operations at his office in Italy. If the implants is made in France or Germany wouldn't it be easier to go to Europe for the operation. I haven't confirmed that he actually does that or the costs to have it done but I have read it somewhere on this forum. Maybe someone else have some knowledge about this PS and his offices. In the meantime I am researching and saving in anticipation. Boobie greed is awesome

I suppose it will cost you a lot more than just the quoted prices. Air tickets and hotels can be expensive. The journey is part of the adventure and make the result so much more worth while

Thank you very much flashyfair. I think I'm done going bigger. These ladies are close to 6 pounds each! And the silicone replacements will be about 10% heavier for the same volume so I'm content where I am and appreciate your encouragement. I realize I'm much, much larger than almost all women would care to be, but my boobie sisters here understand. Big boobs are sassy! |

At least you had the guts to go and do what you wanted to do and what others only dream about but are afraid to do. That's whats so wonderful about the US of A and Canada. We have the freedom to go out there and do what we want to do and be who-ever we want to be, as long as we are not a danger to others and we are prepared to accept the consequences of what we do. I really get upset by people who refuse to accept the consequences of what they have done and then blame others if things go wrong. I have three questions though. What is the length of the incision in the breastfold for the expanders and is it going to be a much longer incision to put the silicone implants in? The third question is whether it is possible to post a pic to show me where the fill port is located for the expander? That was a mouthful

Hi Flashyfair, Thanks for your mouthful, I enjoyed reading your post. I'll give it my best effort to answer your questions, so that you maybe can do this too...The length of the incision under each breast at this time is only 3 inches. But the incision is smaller during the expansion process because the expander goes in rolled up like a scroll and is then filled to nearly the same volume as the prior implant/expander although many times the surgeon cannot go up to the same volume that was removed because of the way the expander is filled in the operating suite. So at first, the exchange is kind of a let down because it seems like you're going backwards. Only a picture could properly illustrate why this is the case Going to or past the prior implant size at the exchange can lead to the expansion needle leaving a large laceration in the port as the needle tips onto its side in the pocket. Initially the needle is perpendicular to the port, but as the expander becomes large, the need has to tip onto its side to still fit in the pocket while filling the expander and when it is tipped, the bevel of the needle can easily cut sideways through the thick silicone port (happened to me in March when my surgeon was too aggressive in trying to fill the expander). When I had the single stage 2000cc PMT expanders exchanged for the two stage 3000cc PMT expander 06/2009, I went in at 2300 and came out at 1500. I was completely shocked, but this was necessary to not damage the expander. The next day, my surgeon filled me to 1850 on both sides, and although I was disappointed, the expanders were intact. The incision for the final silicone implants will necessarily be large because those implants will go in at full size and cannot be "squished" much during placement not because they would be damaged, but because they're going to be just too big for that I'm guessing. The fill port is where all the mistakes can occur. As long as the expander is in the correct position, the port is easily felt somewhere along the breast near the nipple. To locate it, irm pressure must be applied to the breast surface to find it. My ports were not lined up, and that doesn't matter anyway because one cannot tell by looking at the breasts where the port is anyway. An old fashioned magnetic stud finder can locate the port if the surgeon is having difficulty feeling it. I have an opinion, and it is just an opinion, but on 02/10/09 when my local surgeon ruptured my expanders, he used an electronic port finder and DID NOT VERIFY THE PORT LOCATION WITH HIS FINGERS AS HE PRESSED THE NEEDLE INTO THE SKIN and would have been better off finding the port with his fingers. For the last two fills, my physician not only felt the correct position of the port, he marked it with a felt surgical marker, verified it with a stud finder, and under sterile conditions held the edges of the port between his fingers while plunging the needle into the port and I had no problems at all with this technique. Electronic gadgets are fancy and all, but they got me into a serious, unnecessary complication that was a disaster. There is nothing like old fashioned technique for this process. My surgeon in South Lake Tahoe stressed the importance of verifying the location of the port with the fingers and then using a magnetic device for verification if necessary, but he didn't need one because he has done this so many times (he made it look easy). Hope this helps. |
