| Large Breast Implants This forum will be for discussing implants that are 700cc or larger. Although 700cc may not seem large to some, they are, generally, considered a larger size. |

Hi English Girl, I just wanted to say that finding this website and reading through your journey has been an inspirational experience. Thank-you soo much for sharing as you have. My boobie greed has been simmering for a long time, but reading your story - even with its ups & downs - has brought my boobie greed to a boil! And thanks to you I am now reconsidering how big is big enough! ![]() xo, Sunbunnie |

Thanx for the info. I thought the fill port was underneath the breast close to the incision or on the side of the breast. I suppose if it is in front it makes it easier to locate and insert the needle. This helps a lot to understand the process. You are very brave to go through all this and more to realize your dream. And having a supportive HB who is a breastman surely helps especially with the finances. Now gardening will never be the same. You look so happy in your pics

What's up Girl? I saw your latest pic. You look georgeous!!! You are really pushing those expanders to their limit. Wish I was that brave. As my mother used to say: "A girl gets what a girl wants". Have you been able to secure silicone gels for the final stretch?

Thank you very much Flashyfair. I'll post a bra pick with them tonight.I know it is hard to believe, but these expanders are rated for 3000, but they can easily go to 3500 (overfill) and probably a little beyond and I don't think I'll be up for pushing them any farther (I'm just 5'4" and I can't hide these girls in public any more no matter what I do ). I'm done now (2860cc on right and 3040cc on left). These are exceptionally heavy (6.5 lbs each which is probably the same as a couple text books slung over the shoulder in a back pack) and my posture has to be perfect all of the time to reduce fatigue. To be honest, the discomfort between the shoulder blades at the end of the day is fairly intense and so my husband will frequently massage my back for me to help me get to sleep. I'm still trying to figure out ways to sleep on my tummy which I'm having a hard time doing.I was trying to find out the density of cohesive gel implants to determine if the gels will be a little heavier, or a little lighter than the expanders are now. I've read information to suggest that the cohesives are 1.064g/ml and in one other place, and engineer weighed a 360cc silicone gel (I don't know if it was cohesive) implant and it weighed 330grams which is roughly 0.91g/ml. I don't know what to believe, I just hope the cohesive gels are lighter. Silicone is supposed to be more like breast tissue than saline and so I'm hoping that the gels will also then be lighter as breast tissue is lighter. I agree, you only live once and "a girl gets what a girl wants" is true. I won't always be able to handle these girls, but I wanted to do this while I was still young enough to handle them. There is a season for everything. |

![]() | Hi
Wow - 6.5 pounds each! That's really heavy. I have read somewhere that the cohesive gel is slightly less heavy than saline. I'll try to dig up that information and post it here. I have a lot of breast tissue and with the softness of the cohesive gel I can hardly feel the implant when I squeeze my breast. I have never had salines so I don't really know the difference between sal and sil. Thanks for posting all the info.

I was wrong about sil gels being lighter than sals. Its the other way. Sal is slightly lighter than sil gels. Its right here on JBI at: http://www.justbreastimplants.com/si...ant_weight.htm. Some similar info is available at: http://www.babyboomercaretaker.com/c...-Implants.html Hope this helps.

I just tested to see whether I have copied the websites correctly. The JBI one works but the other one not. It seems the second one has some mistake on it. The info and weight conversion is basically the same though. ![]()

Well, I've been working hard on finding a manufacturer for custom implants and this is what I've found so far: Silimed Brazil: limit 1500cc cohesive gel silicone implants. Polytech Germany: limit 1500cc cohesive gel silicone implants. Sebbin France: limit 1500cc cohesive gel silicone implants. Eurosilicone: no longer making custom silicone implants? If anybody has any ideas regarding other manufactures that may offer the option to purchase very large custom implants, please post here. Thank you ladies! |

Oh no! Did you find out for sure that Polytech wont make over 1500cc?? This is very discouraging because I thought they were like the only one who was more willing to make over 1500cc. I've decided I'm wanting 1800-1900cc, so this is very sad news to me. I wonder why the limit is 1500cc for all of these companies?? Quote:

Hi flashyfair and tinygalbigchest, I'm having a very nice time with my girls. I give my husband a hard time for how heavy they are sometimes, but honestly I love them. My back has become much stronger over time. I have also discovered silicone heel pads for shoes and when inserted under the shoulder strap of the bra, the shoulder pain is essentially non-existent. Even the bras for large cups that continue to have a thin strap, do not dig in at all with the heavy duty silicone heel pads (picked them up at DSW shoe warehouse for $4.95 a pair). They seem to be well-concealed in most clothing and if I forget to wear them, I can really tell. Try them out. I know it sounds ridiculous, but those $10 wimpy bra strap pads that can be had online simply can't cut it for huge boobs. ![]() My husband spent about six weeks making me a bust support hoist for lack of a better term, and it is beautiful. It is made from solid oak and dressed up with crown molding. (I wish he'd get the rest of my house done-it's taking forever). The hoist is positioned over my treadmill and has straps that attach to my front bra straps essentially completely lifting up and supporting my breasts so that my low back is freed up for walking on the treadmill. The straps are threaded through pulleys and counterbalanced by empty paint cans full of water. A picture is worth a thousand words and I'll post a picture (it will be small due to the restrictions on picture size) so you can see. This has made my workouts much easier. I'll try and start a new album so that I can post a photo of the heel pads that double as bra strap pads and the hoist. I also decided to go to 3400ml each side and am still getting adjusted to the extra volume. I'm reluctant to report that it is so tempting to increase the size slowly when one has expanders. My husband also made a special faux leather covered memory foam pillow to support my breasts while driving on long trips. So far I have mixed feelings about the pillow and will have to see after a few weeks if it helps reduce strain on my back while driving. The pillow does not work well for intown driving since the pillow gets in the way of turning the wheel. I'll try to get all of the pictures posted by Friday. Wish you all the best with your big boobie dreams! |

I just added a new picture album on my personal page here and put the heel pad pictures in there and the hoist picture. Take a look. |
