I don't know if any of the booby girls here can answer that question. Your PS would be the one most likely to know the answer.

I know from what has been said here before is that most surgeons prefer to have one set of implants put in first to create and shape the pockets. Once the pockets have settled, healed and no complications arose then they are prepared to go to expanders to gradually increase the size of the pockets up to your desired size. I suppose because expanders don't have a set shape and size at the beginning it would be really difficult for a PS to know whether the pockets he created are ok or not.

The infection cleared up, thank goodness. But that clindamycin is hard on the stomach after 10 days. The custom implant search is dead in the water at this time. I tried hard, but 1500 customs are as high as they go. Gone are the days of customs being any larger. I'm having fun in boobie land and getting used to using my breast support hoist that allows me to do my treatmill without straining my back (in picture section). I need to lose a "few" pounds before next summer. The extra weight makes my girls look smaller. Overall, I'm getting used to my large breasts, and somedays they're just there. I still like them a lot, but you know how it is in life, you can't be nuts about something forever. My husband is still responsible for giving me lots of backrubs.

I wonder how Sheena 650 is doing with her new expanders?

If you don't get that size silicones will you be able to switch to permanent salines or are you going to have to stick with the expanders and keep replacing them every so often?

The idea of wanting large breast came from knowing my well-endowed aunts. During my teens I failed to develop like them and hoped someday I could. And, I can stop filling when I get the look I want. I have complete control of my final size.

On July 23rd, 2008 I traveled to California with my husband for a nice "plastic surgery getaway". My husband tried to take good care of me, but you just can't be fully prepared for it the first time no matter how much reading you do. My surgeon placed Mentor Moderate Plus Profile saline implants over the breast and through the inframammary crease which were rated for 800cc with the maximum overfill totaling 960cc each. Going from 0cc to 960cc was PAINFUL because I had no pocket to begin with. After 2 - 3 weeks, the pain was much improved and I started to fall in love with them.

My husband and I had discussed with my surgeon prior to the first surgery what our intentions were and he mentioned that I would have to wait at least 3 months before having the initial implants replaced with the expander implants. I was hoping to get the expander implants right from the first surgery since that makes the most sense, but my surgeon insisted on having a fixed volume implant in place for the first 3 months, maybe to allow for the pocket to become "mature".

Anyway, on November 5th, I was back in the operating room and the pain wasn't nearly as bad this time. The Mentors were swapped out for anatomical expanders from a company I'd never heard of. To be honest, I was in tears when I saw how ugly the expanders were just after surgery. They looked like triangles under my skin instead of the beautiful circular breasts I'd had the day before. My surgeon reassured me that the reason for the anatomicals was to help establish a modified pocket that would lead to a more gradual slope from the clavicle to the nipple. Well, the next day I insisted on a fill and was brought up to 1200cc. 3 weeks later I had a fill of 120cc (1320cc) , then 2 weeks after that another 120cc (1440cc), and then just yesterday I had a fill of 180cc (1620cc). My fill ups are being done by a local plastic surgeon where I live who has agreed to help me. When I reach my final goal, I will then go 10% over that volume for a few weeks and then probably have to fly to Europe to have my final silicone gel implants placed (since nothing larger than 1000ml can be placed here in the U.S.)

My next fill is planned for January 9th. The fill ups don't hurt (except that the needle has to go through the skin of the breast and into the filler port on the implant). I think my final goal will be either 1800 or 2000. My expanders are rated for 2000cc. Also, with each fill up, they are becoming more like anatomical breasts and less like the ugly triangles they were before.

I would like to state that I am not a stripper or model, nor do I have a website or plan to have one. I have a graduate degree and am married to a medical professional. I mention that only to illustrate that sometimes, even normal women just want big boobs!

P.S. I've had to really learn to dress my "ladies" down since they seem to draw so much attention now, and it can be uncomfortable at times. It becomes a safety issue and so needless to say, I prefer that my husband go with me when I'm shopping.

From what I have read about your posts it seems to me you are serious about having BIG boobies.

Look at the latest pics posted by Redbonemami. This will give you an indication of what 950's look like. IMO they are large, luscious and beautiful but not excessively large on a relatively slim body.

If you look at the pics posted by Englishgirl then you get an idea what huge boobies would look like. But Englishgirl is not a 32A type of woman and on her larger frame those boobies IMO does not look excessively fake or out of proportion and they too are luscious and beautiful.

If I was you I would would decide on the look I want and then work towards reaching that goal.

Going from small to really large in one go is a risk that you take. Any surgery is a risk. The idea is to limit the risk and maximize the up side.

It takes only one serious setback to crush your booby dreams forever.

If you take to many chances or the risk is very high and the reward relatively low then you should not let booby greed get the better of you. Instant gratification does not always last.

Rather space you plans over a period of time and work toward the results you want.

See your booby dreams as a journey of delight and exploration and a period of personal growth to be enjoyed and shared with your loved ones.

Hello, I live in Brazil and I'm having trouble getting implants large (over 1000), here the largest possible implants are the Mentor saline 800mls or 800mls saline expanders, and i would have to be overloaded to produce the effect of large implants. The Sheyla is an exceptional case, she only has a Brazilian surgeon but the prosthesis are all of France.

Olá, eu só poderia encontrar em implantes Brasil expansor tipo Mentor (aqui são importados dos Estados Unidos da América) a um custo de 1.700 dólares uma unidade, estes podem ser preenchidos 1000mls, mas uma das meninas aqui neste fórum (Chica Loca) ja 1400mls colocar o mesmo tipo de expansor aqui, só Silimed Brasil Próteses fabrica até 800mls de silicone em cima do que seria especial e peças teria que ter um pedido do cirurgião para o implante de tamanho, mas você já pode antecipar em que uma conversa com uma autorizada fábrica, eles não estão mais aceitando pedidos para prótese especial . Sem ter em conta o custo Astronômico do implante, algo como UE $ 1500 - 2000 Cada Peça.

Hey English Girl, since I also hope to end up kinda where you are now size wise, Ive searched around here and there, and come a cross a few places with information that might be able to help you out!

Have you ever heard of Kiesha Evans? Shes also a girl with very large expanders. I think shes at a whopping 6000cc now. Shes even saving up now to get even bigger expanders. I cant even imagine what it would be like to be bigger than she is now.

She has her own site, but after looking through it shes not just some average pornstar. She runs it herself, and doesnt dance in clubs or anything. She just seems to love having really large breasts too.

Shes got a contact page on her site, and I figure shed have all kinds of info and maybe even some people she might know to help you find some permanent silicone implants if you pick her brain a bit since shes also dealing with implants of a larger variety.

Ive never talked with her yet, but I figure itd be worth a shot to just shoot her your way. It couldnt hurt to give her a chat right!

I so badly want to be bigger its funny I ALWAYS loved and wanted big boobs my mom is 40FFF natural and I got screwed but I started this off wanting 350cc looking natural HAHA that is long gone I did 425 seems small to yall but that is all my PS would give me because I am small and had NO breast tissue to start with I am currently paying off this breast augmentation and will be done in less than a year as soon as this one is paid off I want to go back in and do 700 or 750 and then see what I think after that...
