| Large Breast Implants This forum will be for discussing implants that are 700cc or larger. Although 700cc may not seem large to some, they are, generally, considered a larger size. |

Earlier today, I used his contact form, and basically sent him the information that I had in my letter to Dr. Pousti. He called me himself about an hour ago to talk about it. He likes to call the girls looking to go this large himself, because he is willing to do the size, but with no guarantees up front that he will be able to get to any specific CC amount. It's also easier to explain directly rather than through the staff, and make sure you understand what you are going in for, and the risks. He suggested using saline expanders, and that he would fill until one side became tight, then back off the other side to match in appearance. Apparently he does a lot of surgeries on girls that want to go really large, so that means he's got the experience at it. I was worried about some of these doctors that didn't talk about it much, that they would be out of their comfort zone. I am somewhat scared because of EnglishGirl's experiences with the expanders, but I suppose I can only hope to find a local surgeon (he's in Florida) to trust with the task of fillups, or find excuses to go back to Dr. Okpaku and let him do the procedure. He didn't seem overly concerned with the fillups afterward, but I didn't go into detail on it either. I really was thinking beforehand that this option would be perfect for what I want, but thought that pricing would be prohibitive, and that surgeons wouldn't end up recommending it anyhow. He was really nice, and I felt very comfortable talking to him. It was definitely cool that he called me himself ![]() The price is something I can definitely afford, but am wondering if I might check one of the medical loan places, and do a 12 month repayment. Not sure what their interest rates are, but it's an option to not take as immediate of a hit to the bank account, if it makes sense. Either way, I'm going to see what responses I get from the other inquiries I sent out before making up my mind, for sure!

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DR. OKPAKU. Myself and another girl used him and both were/are unhappy. The expanders were a mistake. And Anire Okpaku has worked at 3 different plastic surgery offices in just one year! Call Paula at Dr. Triana/Triana Institute in South Florida. He fixes Okpaku's mistakes and will make you as big as you want. |

Thanks for the feedback on Dr Okpaku. I'll keep that in mind while looking around!

expanders were used on me to get the 457cc implants in. i have very little breast tissue and wanted to go as big as i could and it could only be done with the expanders... ...as far as the ps... i would really do my research and homework. like the other girls that have written, their bad experience may be the only warning you need to find someone else, BUT in the end, it is most important that you find someone qualified, experienced, AND that you feel comfortable with...good luck!
