I had my surgery Thursday last week, I switched from 525 ccs saline to 800 HP silicones, under the muscle. Since they don't really look bigger I'm assuming a lot of implant is under the muscle yet? Maybe it's because this is my second surgery but the first surgery I had huge breasts right away. Not this time.
I think I didn't rest enough over the weekend so today I'm doing nothing but healing. Thank you to everyone for sending me good thoughts!

Give them some time. The muscles are really tight in the beginning and need to relax and stretch. As they stretch your new ladies will "grow". You take good care of your skin to prevent stretch marks. Bio and or Vit E oil works well.

Yes just rest and give them time to come out of hiding as you put it LOL they should look FAB on your I know I have boobie greed going

I had 800cc's dome last wednesday and I'm thinking the SAME thing! My first time was at 350 and I remember being like WOOOOW! This time I was like IS THAT IT??? Check out my pics on my page.....Guess we can play the waiting game together!

I have noticed a difference in just a week. They're definetely dropping and since thet're 800's I guess they really can't drop too far

I bought a good posture bra and that is helping tremendously. Started massaging and as soon as incisions heal I'll use lotion to help.

I feel ya girl. I had my redo to 800cc high profile three weeks ago and mine are still no bigger just fuller on the sides and closer in the cleavage area, but I am measuring the same size!!! My ps has told me that I am the size I was in the operating room when he put them in so I am disappointed to say the least!!!

BTW where did you find your posture bra?

I got it at a specialty bra shop but you can get it online at Herroom.com,
it's made by Elila, they have the bigger sizes.

I'm 3 months out and only started fitting into a C-D bra this week. I thought I was destined to still be small after surgery, but it seems they were hiding all this time. Naughty, naughty!

Definitely give it a little time. They always look bigger within a month or so. Congrats!
