Has anyone ever gone to 750-800 on their first breast augmentation??

I want to go with extra large implants right out of the gate. I do NOT want boobie greed and I am not physically active at all. Finding a surgeon that will do this on the first visit is proving very difficult for me and I just want to know there are others out there that were like me before their breast augmentation. Feeling like I may be crazy!

I had 800cc HP sils last oct and felt the same as you ..didn't want
boobie greed to get me..lol
I have BWD around 14 so didn't have problem.
I did research alot and went with piccys to consult and advised surgeon what i wanted he agreed, to make me more in proportion I would need larger cc. uk 16

I'm sure all the girls here will give plenty of advice and plenty for you to research and discuss with surgeon.

I haven't had my breast augmentation yet, but my PS is giving me somewhere in the 700 or 800 cc range my first time.

I think it really depends on your stats and how much tissue you have before and such. I am also trying to find a surgeon who will do extra large implants the first go, without having to get numerous breast augmentation's done. I dont know your stat's but im 5'3. 130lbs. and A very empty small 34B.
I did find one doctor who is very popular and well experienced who does extra large implants.
His name is Dr. Poutsi.

Yes, Dr. Pousti is really well known and respected. He has done beautiful large breast augmentation's on many women! I wanted to use him, but found a PS much closer to home who will let me get 700 or 800's for my first breast augmentation. His name is Dr. Mitts and he's located out of Visalia/Fresno, California. All the other doctors weren't comfortable giving ANYONE implants that large and kept trying to convince me to get somewhere in the 440-550cc range. I personally know that: 1) I have wanted a breast augmentation for well over 4 years 2) I've been researching it and going on consults that long as well, so I'm no newbie at this

3) I have ALWAYS loved the look of large breasts ... liking that look is not a passing whim for me 4) I have scrutinized the measurements of every implant available and I know my body CAN fit a large implant if I get the correct profile. These factors all lead me to one conclusion: It's my gosh darn money and my body and if the implant fits, give it to me please and stop trying to talk me down! I know what I like and I'm not spending $6 grand+ to get halfway there! LOL

I think it's going to depend on what you have done too. If you really needed a lift for instance, it limits how big you can initially go. Without my lift, I know I could have gone far bigger than I did, I just made the choice to go with my PS' opinion on getting the lift now.

Hey ladies…. I know you are thinking the 700-800cc range on implants. I went with Dr. Pousti for my breast augmentation this past April (6 months post op)and I LOVE my new breasts. I have 600cc silicone mod profile, I went from a saggy 34B to a full 34DD. I know you are wanting a larger size, but the best advice I can give it to take pictures of what you are trying to achieve. To any plastic surgeon, just so they know that you are serious about your wants. As far as Dr. Pousti he is amazing and has a great team behind him, from the office staff to the hospital staff, I have always received the best care. I wish you luck in finding the right plastic surgeon for you! HUGS!

I got 825 HP's on my first breast augmentation from a 34C! I love them!! It is DEF hard to find a surgen that will go that big the first time, because oviously they want you to come back for a second or third and spend the money!! So I would call around to doctors in your area or up to an hour away or even in the bigger citys in your state, i see your from texas too i'm surprised.. isn't eveything bigger in texas?? lol. first to see if anyone will do it and if not going into cali would definately be an option, i looked into the same thing because I couldn't find ANYONE who would do it but finally found one. Good Luck!!!

Possible, but you'd have to have a fair amount of natural tissue, at-least a C-cup.

i dont spend alot of time on here anymore most of the time i was reading all the post. i currently have 500 hp sils,because i didnt do enough research the first time around i have spent the last 6 monthes in search of a ps that would give me much larger implants it is very hard i live in oklahoma have been to dallas several times for consults researched the internet looking for a ps,tom pousti for some reason was always the one recommended im having my 2nd breast augmentation october 22nd . they say he is the best i have had 3 consults with other ps and they also recommended dr.tom pousti. im getting 950 hp saline,but one ps that i had a consult with in dallas said that he had done 700 to 850 alot on the first time but that it did depend on the available tissue,if you like i can get you his info and you can contact him, since dallas isnt to far away.like all the others i never wanted to be going through this for the 2nd time, but here i am with more boobie greed than i ever had, so my advice strickly based on my experience is research research..........and do take pics of what you like and what you want.
