Large Breast Implants This forum will be for discussing implants that are 700cc or larger. Although 700cc may not seem large to some, they are, generally, considered a larger size.

Smile How much can you overfill??

Hey ladies! I'm planning on a re-do & have another consultation on Oct. 21st. I wanna be prepared when I talk to my PS because I want to ask for large implants. I have 620cc HP now & want to go around 950 or 1000cc. I see on the forum that some women have 700 overfilled to 900, 750 overfilled to 850, etc. What size implant would I need to get? 800cc? And can it be overfilled by 200cc without voiding the warranty?? Also, based on my pics, would you ladies recommend that I stay with HP or get Mod+?? Help!!

I think you can overfill up to 20% without voiding a warranty. For my next surgery I will be overfilling close to 30% to avoid any rippling. I have a 20% overfill now, and at some angles can see the ripples.

Mentor makes a mod+ saline implant that is 800 cc and be overfilled to at least 960 cc. Some surgeons may overfill further but that may get you to where you want to be. I am considering a redo in the future as well and like the Mentor mod+ salines. If going over 1000 you may want to start with an 800 cc mod implant and overfill from there. Let us know what you decide!

A previous doctor, witnessed an implant overfilled to 10 times it's rated volume for demonstration purposes by the manufacturer (in a lab, not on a patient). At that point, it burst.

My current doctor overfills existing implants. He hasn't done it it this much but says they could 'easily' go 5 times their rated size. So an 800cc implant could be filled to 4000cc's.

Generally, if you are of the inclination that you want to go really big (over 1000cc's), I've found that most women are willing to forego the warranty which probably is voided at that point.

Hi girl,
We haven't spoke in sometime and I may have ask you this before. What are your stats? I know you had said you were very thin with little breast tissue to begain with and went with overs. I'm just so excited about that especially with no rippling. Thats one of my biggest concerns, I don't want rippling!
I was curious of your height, weight, ribcage and pre bra size and current bra size if you don't mind me asking. I still haven't went through with my 4th breast augmentation. I was hoping that those 1000cc gummy implants would soon be approved here in the US. I emailed a couple of ps's in the study and they said it was too late to get in on it. One in cali said I could get 900cc but I've heard sils look smaller then saline and I already have 850cc and figured I wouldn't be able to see any difference in size. Anyhow, Didn't mean to jack this thread...

That could take a long time, plus until doctors can actually have them to put in. Go to my doctor and get his saline. You'll probably want to go bigger later and it is very easy under local that he will further enlarge you.
