Not dropped or fluffed yet

I'm 3 weeks post-op, switched from 525 cc's saline to 800 sils, hp. I can see a great difference already, I now have lots of upper pole fullness, but are they going to change bra size once they drop? I know they did last time, I just wondered since they're silicone and my 2nd breast augmentation, if they wouldn't change as much as the first set did?

They may, it depends on how tight things are right now. If you are riding high and your skin is tight, yes, they will probably change size again once they are done dropping and everything shifts into place. Upper pole means a lot of your volume is, well, in the upper part of the breast - whereas later some of it will probably shift downward.

Don't buy too many bras, I know it's tempting

It's a possibilty since they are still dropping. I changed bra sizes with both of my BAs. I only went up one bra size.
