Large Breast Implants This forum will be for discussing implants that are 700cc or larger. Although 700cc may not seem large to some, they are, generally, considered a larger size.

Saw my ps this am

Hi ladies I had my consult this am about going bigger and here's what happened: First I have 690cc's not the 790 that I thought
and its going to be over $4000 to get a 800cc implant in.
I am so upset and down because of this I just want to cry I feel so defeated.
Well its time to get a plan to get that money asap.
Maybe I should start dancing then at least you can use your surgery as a tax write off because its a work related surgery.[U][/U
Ugh I guess there are worswe things in the world but if you know the letdown feeling I have you understand.
Thank you for my vent.

hey there, i think that you were misleaded about your size and you need to tell your PS that, and he should be willing to work with you on the price just to exchange out the implants which should not cost more than $1,000 just for the new implants and pay for or and anestesia fees as well. With that said I think that he should bring down the price some, even though it is not an unreasonable price, its actually a good price, but since you were misleaded you should be compensated in some way. You should by all means be made a happy patient so you will come back in the future.....

Hi,
Im sorry your Doc didn't give you what you wanted the first time around. You were probably just teasing but, I read that you must have at least 1000cc, to claim implants as a work related tax write off.

Well looking at it (after I calmed down and went thru the feeling sorry for myself) it doesnt look like that bad of a price - 595 is for restlyn and fillers for my lips and it is a new set and a lift.
But Ill call and see what he says about just adding cc's - grr I just wonder how much of my unhappiness comes from thinking I look different then I do. Who knows.
Thank you ladies for your support.

I'd try and be tough with him especially if you felt misled. Most surgeons really want their patients to be happy bc of all the referral possibilities and also repeat business from you...let me know how it goes if your tough with him. Good luck

Donīt think that a dancer job will help. You have to do it very long to get a tax refund.

Try to bargain as the docs are also in the financial crisis. Heard that botox is already " on sale".
