Hi Ya'll Im new here and i have soo many questins. First let me start by Saying HI ! Im Heather Im from a Super small town in PA,USA.

Im getting 850cc breast implants for my first BA !
Im going To Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia. With Gorgeous Getaways !
Its an amazing Company! reason I need to leave the USA. In order to have Silicone You Must be 22 or older in the states. And its open to if i get saline or silicone yet.

I have alot of questions when going that large am i better or with Saline Or Silicone? Alot of you on this board have amazing Breast And I hope mine come out great as well. Im actully having More then Just my Breast Done , Hey im going to be there any way.!

People ask me , isnt it a 3rd would country? yes it is, but its also a very fast growing city. World class 5***** Standard hospitals that in all honesty look more like hotels. which is great Because Im Staying at The Ritz !!
I will be making a youtube chanel i dont have any videos on there yet but i promise once i get it up and running to post it ! Im 18 and Im going half way round the world to become a new me. Im not the least bit scared about surgery its more the 30hr Plane rides lol. its mainily over night soo its not as bad as im thinking i hope !

Lipo to 4 areas.


Im a Small 36B now does anyone have an idea what size i will be after surgery?

- Does saline have anyone saline? i keeping thinking Like a basketball has a valve but over time the air gets out? Are saline Implants like that?

- Whats somethings i can do to make sure i keep stech Marks form not apearing.

- Has Anyone eles heard of gorgeous getaways ( www.gorgeousgetaways.com ) and are using them too?

How can I get the Large round look alone with more projections. Kinda like how Pam anderson are large and Round? but i want more projection? what would i describe to the Surgeron who is Dr. Nasir by the way.

Would unders or over be better for the first time?

Im hoping to get an over fill if i choose saline to 1000cc but not gonna push it. will i be able to for the first time? they said odds are thelly sit up alot higer at first.


is there a surgical bra/ vest that worked better for the large breast?
