First consult tomorrow, need some advice.

Hi, I am seeing my plastic surgeon for the first time tomorrow and mabey you girls can help me out with a few issues.
1)I am a 38D and would like to go to an FCUP. How many CC do think I will need?
2)Implants. I want alot of upper fullness. I have alot of breast tissue. My choices are High Profile and Moderate Plus Profile, which one do you guy think is good for my needs.
3)Insician location. I don't want it under my breast and my choices will be around the nipple or the armpit.

I'm not sure the amount of cc's it all depends on the amount of breast tissue you have. Personally I have 690cc's and Im only a DD DDD (depending on the bra).
I went with the nipple incision and no scars!!

Thanks ,what was your pre BA size? I saw your pic, you look great. Oh, I also think I will go with a round implant. Also how important is Overfilling?

Just tell him what you genuinely want to look like and whether he can do it. Don't let him argue you down to what he thinks you should look like. If you allow that you are not going to be happy. If he suggests more, take it and don't argue for less because the seed has been planted and you are going to end up wanting more.

You go girl and have fun doing it.
