New member, shorties with 550cc??

Hello ladies,

I am a new member looking for some input/reassurance

I had my first consultation with my PS just over a week ago. I am 5' tall, about 140 pounds (very athletic, I wear 6/8 size VS jeans). Currently I am a 36A (breast fed 3 boys) my RC is 32 with broad shoulders and a JoLo butt ; )

Do you think Allergan Natrelle Style 20 550cc is too much?? I would like to end up at 36DD.

What do you think??

hm.. you may be able to get to a DD with less cc's but if you have your heart set on that size, you'll look great!

im 105-108lbs on any given day, 5 ft 2.5 in, and have 350/375 cc's and am a D now... i had boobie greed for awhile, but that went away once i kinda got used to my body. hth

i have 600cc's over the muscle and i am only a 34d but i am 5 foot 8 140lbs with a small waist hourglass shape hips and nice sized round bottom, so being 600cc's is just not enough for my very feminine shape and i will be going back for my redo to around 1000cc's....it sounds like you are athletic but you have a feminine curvy shape in the right places yourself, i would recommend you go bigger, if your going for the 36dd...i would find pictures of what you like and want to look like, and make sure you let your PS know how important it is to be that size anything smaller you will not be happy...i hope this helps....goodluck!

I'm 5'4 125 and I have 550hps. I think they look pretty good and everyday they look more natural and fitting to my body. You will look great!

One thing to always consider, as my PS told me. Make sure if you are going to get the boobies, make them to match your butt or bigger than your butt!

Its HOT to have bigger boobies than bootie, and if you are going for the plunge and getting them - do just that!

I bet you will look AMAZING!!!

Hi Im 5"1 and weigh 120lbs and a size 5 and a jull D I got 550 hp under the muscle . I love my size I feeel I could of went bigger without looking to funny. I would definetly go bigger if I where you since you do have a big jlo butty you would look so good..

I don't know about the size that would look best on you, cause I believe I would have to see a picture of youre whole body standing up, frontwards and sidewards. It's hard to just look at the boobs themselves, without the rest of the body.
But I have a question about the Natrelle Implants? Do you know the difference between the Menton and the Natrelles'?? Did you feel the difference when you were in you PA's office??

Gosh sorry it has taken me a while to get back, life just gets in the way sometimes!!!!

Anyway, DH loves big bobbies (and so do I!!) but the PS I saw said 550cc was the max he would go on me. I think my BWD was 13.2 or close to that from what I remember, and I (we) really want to get to a 36DD. Would my BWD limit me from going bigger so I could get to a 36DD, and what do you think that would take?? 800cc (yikes a little scary)

I want to get this right the first time around (duh, of course) and I am a little afraid of bottoming out because of size. Not sure if that is a factor or not. Dr. Pousti is just a hop, skip, and a jump away, and I have been thinking about going to see him.

i am 156 lbs and im 5 7 i got 550cc on october 15th not to sure what size i will end up being but right now im pretty good size lolall hubby can say is "wow them sum big ol puppies " i just laugh and walk away and i say i got what i paid for i kow i didnt get cheated lol its alot of money to throw down the drain on something i want bigger . when i went for my first councletation i picked 500 well the day i went for surgery which was 2 weeks later i decided to go 550 make sure i get em big enough lol ..make sure your happy with the size u choose cuz if ur like me u dont wanna have to go threw it again and dish out the cash again lol.......good luck!!

Your doctor may be able to go 1cm over your BWD, which will make you a
14.2 BWD? The Mentor Mod+, which is a nice round implant with nice upper pole, you could do 500Mod+, which is 14.1 cm Width, and 4.2 cm Projection.

Are you set on doing the Allergen Natrelle, or are you definetely doing Natrelle's?

That is exactly how I feel!! I want to get this right the first time around and I want them big enough to make a difference and get my money's worth!!!! I was thinking I might be able to push it to 600cc..... we'll see.

You will have to keep me posted on how the D&F goes for you

My PS uses Allergan Natrelle pretty much exclusively, though they said they could order anything I wanted. We looked at the HP because they meet the look I am trying to achieve. I told my PS I wanted to go "as big as I could go" and he said 500cc. I pushed it to 550cc and got him to agree.

So right now we are set for Allergan Natrelle Style 20 HP which has a 13.5 cm width and 5.6 cm projection

I think you will look great, i am under five feet tall our weight is similar. i have 533cc mod+ and honestly i just feel like my breast size is average. I am hoping for a redo.

You shouln't be "pushing" your PS to agree to anything!

Maybe you should go for a consult with another doctor to get a second opinion. Don't tell him what the other PS said. Just tell him what you have in mind. As soon as you say " I want to go as Big as possible" you allow the PS to give you his opinion of what he thinks is big for you. You should say to the PS: " I have in mind, can you do it?" or take a picture of what you have in mind and ask if he can do it. If he says yes but he would not recommend it then ask why?

It happened to me on my first breast augmentation. I wanted 600's HP's and the PS had 400's LP's in mind and I had to fight to get 500's. He was too conservative and I didn't realize it at the time. His assistant told me later that he has never done 500's before. The 2nd breast augmentation PS didn't have a problem with the 900's. He was prepared to go even bigger.

You don't need to push your PS for anything unless he really has a safety concern with something. Then he should tell you so.

The right PS should let YOU make the decision after he has explained the pros and cons to you. Some PS's are not comfortable with larger implants and some are.

Hey ladies, I remember this was the hardest part of the whole process, I remember meeting with my plastic surgeon several times trying to find the right size for me…. I would stay up all night looking at boobies trying to figure out why implants look so different from person to person… finally I gave up. I took in the picture I liked. I stopped worrying about cc range and cup size and said make me look like this! That would be the best advice I can give. Look at pictures of what you like and don’t worry about anything else… who care what the cc range is, as long as you like the shape/look….
