Currently 960cc thinking of 1400-1600cc what to expect

I have had my 960'sfor 2 years now and love em but I am thinking of 1400-1600 with more fullness and width. What can I expect? Do I have to go saline cause Id like to upgrade to the softness and no rippling of the silicone. I was able to go 960 on my 1st surgery so I am thinking I could go to 1400-1600 on my second. Will it be a drastic increase? I want similar projection just more fill in...width fullness. What are my options? I am now a 36ff..where would it put me? Anyone have pics from 800-900ish to 1400-1600ish I was formerly a saggy C cup. Thanks

If you are wanting to stick to silicone and go that size you are going to need to talk to your surgeon about having some custom made and ordered through a company that makes that kind of thing. Are you planning on returning to your surgeon for the second surgery, or are you looking for another?

I think that a 450+ cc increase will give you a significant change in fullness. What profile is your current implant? If you have high profiles, and you want to stick to your current projection but have more width/cleavage/sideboob you may want to look at moderate plus. With the size increase it should bring you back to where you are now as far as projection, while increasing the other two areas significantly.

It's always hard to know what to do. You see pictures of women with big boobs but you have no idea where they started, how big they are (height,weight) or even what they have. I don't know how much of a jump 400-600cc will make relative to my current size. It is equal to a 40-50% increase in volume or 2-3sizes. I don't think I have ever knowingly seen 1400-1600cc

you should not worry about rippling with silicone...... Silicone will not cause rippling due to how the shell is made, SALINE WILL.....thats why you need to overfill a saline implant a very good amount if you have low bodyfat levels, so you dont see the rippling.

Wow - I didn't realize that implants could be custom ordered by size! That's interesting news. I thought about going up to 800 - 1000, what kind of challenges would it be to get clothes to fit 1600's? I can't imagine....

800cc's is already pretty large to some people. Take that and basically double its size. I figure it'd be double the fun too.

It would be pretty hard to find good bras though, and tops that fit unless you dont mind wearing clothes that are a little on the tight side. But I figure it would be worth it.

They have very nice roundness to them. I imagine it will make them even rounder and fuller!

I am thinking of going bigger 1200cc? But I really want silicone and want to stay here in USA. We are close in Ht wt. I am a 34DD and want more upper fulness. I guess from your size that you have 800cc saline OF to 960?

Have you found where to get larger implants?

This is not in accordance with the information I got. Silicone implants can cause rippling especially if such large implants as 1600 cc are used. From what I understand you almost have to count on getting some rippling if you go 1600 cc both with saline and silicone.
Unfortunately I can´t see your pics but I give you my support in your quest for 1600 cc!

From what I have read (I guess there are many sources) the LARGER silicone rippling is from the stretching of the skin causing it to be thin which in turn shows the adhesion of the scar tissue to the soft tissue under the skin.

With Saline, the bag itself deforms/puckers AND has the same as above...

I suppose rippling would not likely be a major factor with 1600cc.
