newbie with questions

Well I just want to say hi to all of you. I have been on here for a couple weeks reading everyone's post. Everyone on here seems very knowledgeable. I have a couple questions for all of you.....I am scheduled for a lift and breast enhancement December 15th. I am 5'11, a little thick but not huge by any means, 38D. I am getting a full lift and my doctor wants to use a 400cc implant. I want to go to a full DD maybe even an F cup. Since I am already a D cup what do you girls think? Also what is overfilling that I see so many talk about? I know this is for 700cc and larger forum, but everyone on here seems very knowledgeable about larger cup sizes. Thanks!!

Also I want to add the doctor recommended silicone unders.

Come on ladies, I know I am new but any help would be very appriciated. I am so nervous about the surgery as it is, and I dont want to be disappointed after i go thru with it!

I think that since you are already a D cup, 400 cc's at least would make you a LARGE DD or maybe an F, that just depends on how much breast tissue you have. I would recommend getting high profiles too if you want extra "oomph". But then again, I like the look of huge fake boobies XD.

Hi, each cup size increase is about 250cc.Your a 38D now so a 500cc implant would probably bring You up to a 38DDD(F) Hope this helps You decide ,I was a 36A/B to start and with 600cc moderate plus and went up to a 36 DDD(F)

On my first breast augmentation I had 500's put in with an anchor lift and it took me from a saggy 38c to a 38DD. If you want to be an F you need to think big.

Instead of concentrating on the amount of CC's rather concentrate on the look you want to achieve. Once you are satisfied with the look then you measure the amount of CC's needed to achieve the look.

Do the rice bag test to see what you want and how it will look on you. Its fun to experiment and the effects are not permanent.

I am 5'9, 145lbs, I got 700cc and I have finished with a 32G. The best thing is to do test with rice in a nylon stocking. 400cc is about 400ml of rice.

I would say, don't be afraid to go big. Most of us were and eneded up going back for a second breast augmentation because we were smaller than we thought we would be. Also, know that the same amount of ccs looks different from person to person based on body type. Get a picture or two to bring to your PS so he has a visual of what you are trying to achieve. (about 200ccs = a cup size/25ccs = about 1 shot glass of fluid)

Also, don't fret over a matter of 25 to 50 ccs. Alot of girls loose sleep over it. Truthfully, you can't tell the difference.

So I tried the rice test, but I cant get a result I like. I am naturaly large chested (36D-38D). I am going for a lift also when I get my breast augmentation.

When doing the rice test, it just looks like to big clumps under my sport bra, I really cant get a good look. I dont know if I should be propping my chest up and adding the rice stockings to the nipple area or just on top of my breast....LOL Hard to explain I guess...I shouldnt be this hard!

Hmmm I can't help with the rice test because I couldn't figure it out either.
But I would think maybe 500 cc's at least. The best thing is to look at pictures and take the ones to your ps and they can figure out the right amount of cc's. I know its frustrating but it's the best way to get the right size.

Hey girlie. I'm 5'8 and also "thick" as you call it. Lol. I started off as a saggy D cup, had a full anchor lift, got 620cc HP saline, and ended up as a DDD. And now I'm going bigger Jan 4th to 950cc Mod+. You are welcome to check out my pics-send FR.

But I have to agree with flashyfair. If you want em big then you're gonna need a big implant. You're also tall so a larger implant would look great on you.

Just keep on trying. You can also use watertight plastic bags or zip lock bags instead of the rice bags. Just remember saline implants are essentially water implants and will remain squishy regardless whether they are under the skin or on top. Its the profile, size and weight that matters at this stage and not so much the shape. Your breast shape will remain essentially the same as you are now. Even with a lift the PS try not to alter the shape of your breasts to much

Decisions Decisions

Only by experimenting can you really make up your mind as to what you really want. Just looking at somebody else's pictures is not enough b'cause you don't know how it will look on you.

Have fun experimenting. Do some outrageous things even if it just to remind you what you don't want. A tight but stretchable sportsbra should do the trick.
