800cc Overs to Unders Help

Hi, All,
I have 800cc silicone overs and I am seriously considering going to 800cc unders. I am hoping for a fuller rounder look but I want to have the big voluptuous size still. Any help?

Why do you want to switch? Usually the fuller rounder look is achieved with overs. I have unders and I love them but Im not sure you'll be able to get what you're looking for

As I know, implant placed under will have the opposite effect.
I would rather recommend you bigger implant with desired shape.
What about overfilled saline?

You don't have much information about yourself in your profile. If you don't have that look now, is that because you had a lot of tissue to start with? I would think that would be the only reason you couldn't achieve that with overs. As others have said, in general, it is believed that overs helps you get this look. It just may be that with your body type, you need more CCs.

Thank you for your responses. I have had my 800's for 7 years. They are silicone and I love them, but I just was wondering if I could get a fuller look on top. I am 5' 6", and 150 pounds. I will post pictures today.

i oppted for the fuller look on top , i have saline unders but i would totaly think you would need to increase the diemeter to achieve the upper fullness, but also think you may loose sum of your projection by going under. i think this because a friend of mine did just what your thinking of doing she had sils over 800cc changed to 800cc sils under she did lose sum projection and didnt gain upper fullness just a more rounded look. dont know if that helps but just thought you should know

The muscles tend to compress the implant a bit to give a softer look and feel. Maybe you could consider getting 1000cc's under to give you a 800cc's over look.

Thanks for all your responses. I have my breast augmentation date!!! December 30. I am going to have 800cc saline filled to 950cc, overs. My PS said once you have overs you have to stay with overs. So am I happy, absolutely. I just want a rounder, fuller look.

Thank you so much! Now I am trying to make sure hp's are the right thing. My PS says hp's will be a better shape for that size. I have all the measurements for the moderate and hp. At that size I will great cleavage either way. Gosh I just can't believe it! It is so exciting! I have 800cc's silicone and I am a 36G.
