Large Breast Implants This forum will be for discussing implants that are 700cc or larger. Although 700cc may not seem large to some, they are, generally, considered a larger size.

Anyone had an uplift with 600cc or more??

I had 500cc put in 10 years ago to fill out ALOT of sagging breast tissue after gaining loads of weight quickly then loosing it all very quickly. Over time they have started to sag again. I initially asked for larger implant to fill out the ever increasing sagging but two different surgeoens have said it will just make them look worse.

They have suggested an uplift with implant replacement and im wondering if anyone out there who have had a similar procedure could share their stories.

Thanks girls x

Genie will become famous soon enough
I had a lift with my first breast augmentation and got 620cc HP saline. Size was too small so I went back last month & got a re-do to 1000cc Mod+ saline.

I would get several second opinions. I had itty bitty 250s and after 10+ years, 2 kids, and lots of weight gain/loss, they needed a little help. I saw about 6 doctors for my redo and about 2 said to get a lift. The others said the larger implant (700) would be enough to create the lift. I opted to forgo the lift and they look terrific. However, I did start with a smaller implant, so I think that would likely impact the amount of weight carried on my breast tissue/skin.

Just get lots of opinions and go with the doctor you feel most comfortable with...

Good luck.
