Trying to decide.

Hey guys Im a 23 year old girl from Alabama. Roll tide!!
Well ill just jump right in. I can’t decide if I should get breast implants or not. I am a 34b 125 pound fit girl. I used to be a full 34C but they magically shrank.

I love my chest and so does my long term boyfriend but I think we both would like them bigger but I’m so worried about getting them for a number of reasons.
1. Initial Pain
2. Public Perception
3. Complications
4. I have very sensitive nipples now I couldn’t imagine them being anymore sensitive.

I have looked over this site for the last hour and I consider it to be more informational than anything else I’ve looked at over the past year.

I’m not sure how I post pics, create an avatar, or make a signature but I’ll try to figure this thing out.

Any pointers or opinions would be appreciated.

You have come to the right place to get the information, but the decision is a very personal one

Once you have thought about it for a while and read all the things here, both good and bad you will know if it is something that is right for you.

Welcome to JBI! I learned almost everything from this site. Its a lot of great info! I would say just think about your choice..its a really personal one. Weigh the pros and cons and if you still want to do it, then go for it!

i think one thing that really helped me feel at peace with my whole decision was actually going in for a consultation (thankfully, my first time was a charm as I had the best experience and a wonderful surgeon). they explain everything for you... of course... but just being in that office/surgery center setting told me a lot. When i walked out of there I was PUMPED to get the ball rolling and get my surgery! I think if I had walked out of there feeling conflicted or worries in any way, i would have waited a lot longer to get my breast augmentation... or perhaps not get it at all. Id say go to a few consultations to see what your gut instinct is with the whole thing... and maybe go to a few, because sometimes people arent very fond of the first surgeon they meet with. GOOD LUCK! this is such an exciting time. I remember I CRIED beforehand because I was going to miss my small boobs... because i liked them, i really did. but i have very wide hips and i just looked very disproportionate with 34a/b boobs. plus, i was like "do i want to be flat in a bikini this summer, or do I want to have boobs?" the answer was boobs. best wishes
