Silicone or Saline? That is the question

Hi all! First time here! Im so excited I have my pre-op appt. on monday, I haven't decided for certain what implant Im going to choose. Im 105 lbs and about 5'1", I dont have alot of breast tissue left, breast fed two babies! Rippling or wrinkling is a big issue to me, I DON'T want it! Should I go with Saline, over fill and under.Or Silicone, and under? I'm leaning towards silicone, because I've been told it has less wrinkling than saline. But I'd really like to here from any of you ladies that have silicone or saline. You've got them and can tell me your situations!

I'm hoping to increae my bust line to a DD or F. I have a B now, and want them back as full as they were when I was nursing! Looking at 700cc or 800cc!

Hi there! I am going with saline, over filled, and overs even though I am a very tiny 32 AA. My plastic surgeon only does saline as he says they are the safest. After speaking at length with him, I feel confident with my choice. He says he doesn't have any problems with rippling, only slightly at times, but I can live with that since I will feel safer with saline. Most girls prefer silicone. I'm sure you will make the best decision for you. Have fun!

I have silicone overs and they feel great if i get a redo i think i would go unders only cause of the increased size. In the end it is personal choice and i can comment on saline....

i have textured silicone unders, as i breastfed 3 babies and had little tissue left. my plastic surgeon wanted to give me the best options so i wouldnt have any problems in the future.
i am 110lbs, 5"2 and have 375cc UHP and am now a 32dd. although i just bought a 30e and it fits great! So .... i am a dd to e cup! hehee

i have silicone under and it feels very natural. you should take a look at the post about saline and silicone that someone posted up here. it has great informations.

After much research I decided on saline implant with atleast 800cc's.

hey there...i have saline unders...so far so good, although several of my friends have silicone and the silicone feels more natural & "real" to me...good luck!
