Skin bleaching

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with skin bleaching...particularly anal bleaching??

My Spanish friend recently told me about this (she wants to have it done)...and since she brought it up, I started getting self-conscious about it and now I want it done!
She said that some salons do it (?) but she didn't know which ones. I've seen crèmes and lotions on sites that claim to lighten that area but I don't want to drop $60 on something that doesn't even work. I would much rather go to a professional service if possible.

Can someone please tell me, where do you go to have this procedure done?
And also, how much does it normally cost? Is it painful? How long does it last?

Self-conscious of that area?? Do you do adult photos that have close-ups there? If not, I can't imagine why anyone would be self-conscious ... it's supposed to be darker!

Well....I am a Suicide Girl....and in some of our performances we wear thongs or g-strings....and I was bending over the other day and I noticed that you can kind of see where the skin is darker...the thong doesn't completely hide it! I fear that from a distance it looks like I don't shave or something!

As far as guys go, anyone who's seen a nudie woman before will know that the skin gets darker, and more likely than not they'll just be thrilled that they're seeing something they're "not supposed to" see. Girls are more anal about that, pardon the pun. We're more likely to stress over body hair that can't even be seen by nobody other than ourselves, too. I do suppose the area could be lightened but I'd be wary of the creams etc. since the skin on the area is very tender.

Oh...it is just not that direct area....but the whole area that chafes ends up looking dark. Like on my Spanish friend, her skin is darker not only right around her anus but the entire insides of her cheeks and inside her legs where her thighs brush together. She can't wear a bathing suit without being uncomfortable...unless it is one of those skirted kinds.
So I decided I would look into this for her...and possibly have it done myself. But we didn't want to DIY it...we wanted to find out how to have it done professionally. I heard a lot of stars go to salons to have it done. But I've never seen that on a list of salon specials! hahaha

If you're going to go this route, I see it working best for caucasian skin tones like your own. I have a naturally tan skin color (probably like your Spanish friend) ... and I would warn her to be REALLY FREAKIN' CAREFUL of any bleach she puts on her skin. Our skin risks hypo-pigmentation; that's why you can't even use certain lasers or chemical peels on us. That means that area can actually end up lighter than the rest of her skin. And she'll have a white booty area. I actually had this happen when I tried to spot-treat a dark spot on my face with prescription hydroquinone (sp?) ... even under the care of a dermatologist, I ended up with a white spot on my face.

I totally feel you Squeek, and no one else sees me but me and my BF. I've wondered the same, who? where? how much? Though not looking into it any time soon. If I find anything out I'll let you know. I would call an Esthitician though.

aren't spanish like from spain typically light complected?

Depends what part of Spain. Just like there's dark Italians and light Italians. Squeak said she had more darkness everywhere, which is typically the experience of tanner skin tones, so that's why I assumed she was darker like me.

yea, I saw this on MTV once..a lot of porn industry girls get anal bleaching to make the area pink instead of natural darker color. It was like a salon in L.A. that did it for these girls..I would NOT use bleaching cream from a store, that area is too sensitive and I promise you don't want anal itch..haha. I am sure you could search VH1 or MTV to find out the particular salon name if you live out in that area..hth

just to add..i am medium toned white person..and my whole crack is darker than my other skin..its normal!! =) I am also a nursing student so I have seen a million buttholes..everyone's that I have ever seen has a darker toned buttcrack and hole! haha

Yeah...she is pretty dark. If you go into my profile and look at my photo album...there is a picture of her and I set into a video game (I think it is like the 7th pic). She is wearing a Jade (from Mortal Combat) outfit. To wear that outfit, she has to apply make-up between her thighs where it is darker.

I know that it is "normal" to have that area be darker. But it is also normal to have wrinkles, small boobs, and flab....but that doesn't stop us from getting other forms of surgery and treatments. I don't think this is much different. I know it is something that has bothered my friend for a long time...and I can see the appeal of being pretty and pink "down there"....so I don't think it is completely unreasonable.

You are right though, ChicFashionista....it will probably work better on me than her. I didn't think about that before but she could end up too light down there and that wouldn't be good either! This is another reason I think we shouldn't DIY it. Salons and doctors probably would be able to lighten her just right. I'd be afraid we'd leave it on too long!
I started doing some research and apparently this procedure is not really "put out there" here in the US. It seems like you have to know someone who knows where to go to find a good place. It is so frustrating! Damn our Puritan background!

honestly i'd maybe check out some salons in new york city, since you're near enough (yes?) the only other thing i could think of is maybe try using foundation there?

sorry. i've only heard it available in LA, and it's called 'anal bleaching'. i think it lasts for several months and no - it may tingle a bit but that's it.

I've read about it in cosmopolitan. The girl there went to LA stayed with a friend and did stripping while she was there. She was told to have it done because the area was dark and would show when she stripped. She had it done in a doctor's surgery

Hi Squeak! Your photos are great. I grew up in Folsom, PA and use to going shopping at King Of Prussia Mall all the time. I saw the Suicide Girl TV special on HBO a while back. There was a really pretty platinum blonde in the show! I love that look note my avatar photo! LOL!

I have heard about the bleaching recently on the Howard Stern show. One of his lady guests was talking about it. I am sure there are some salons doing it especially in the city areas. The idea makes me a bit nervous so I would go to a professional for sure rather than try it myself.
