Dr. Tom Pousti San Diego California

I am over 5 years post op breast augmentation and my surgery was performed by Dr. Tom Pousti. I am about a full C to a small D. I'm very happy with my implants but I just want to be a full D. Thinking about going in to see the greatest plastic surgeon in the world Dr. Tom Pousti for a re-do to go bigger. It's been years since i've been in for a check up and I'm just wondering if anyone out there has had a bad experience with him or his office or is he still great as ever? Thinking of going to from 475cc implants to between 600cc and 650cc. Also considering silicone. Looking for some advise. Thanks

Hey there, I just had a redo surgery 1 week ago today with Dr. Pousti, and yes, my friend, he is the best ever, at least in my opinion. His staff are top notch, the staff at Alvarado are amazing, and what I gave him (breast wise) to work with was less than diserable. At 1 week out, I am thrilled with my girls. I had CC in both breast, my left breast had an uneven pocket, it looked like my boob (the whole thing) was shifted about an inch to the center, I had terrible assymmetry of the areola I could go on. You wouldn't believe that I am only 1 week post op if you saw them today. Dr. Pousti is definately on my Christmas Card List.

He is amazing! I would absolutely go back to him. My boobs are wonderful and he gave me exactley what I wanted. I wouldnt change a thing about him, go back to him I cant say enough!!!!!!

Well after all the great feedback about Dr. Pousti I called and shceduled an appointment. So I'm going in tomorrow. I am so excited. Can't wait to see what he thinks about me going bigger. Before my first surgery I thought I would have to get a lift. Keep your fingers crossed that I can just go bigger without a lift. I'll let you all know how it goes. Thanks

Hey there. Yes I am on his web site but I am on one of the last pages. I hate those pictures. I cant wait to get them redone. I will take a pic in my bra so you can see the way they kind of look. By the way your breasts look great. Happy for you

Have you decided if you were going to schedule with him or not?

Yes I have decided to go through with it. The only question is when. I might wait until next year. My daughter needs braces and I am going to do that first. I was really excited about doing the redo but its on the back burner for now.
