Has anyone used Dr. Lenny Roudner in Miami?

Hi miacarioca. I had my breast augmentation 2 weeks ago w roudner. He's great. After 6 weeks u can get in the sun and tan and stuff. No swimming tho. I actually asked that question today when I went lol. Best of luck, and don't be scared..it will be over with before u know it

Thanks Nathalie :-) Six weeks without tanning seems like an eternity in Miami hahaha. I guess it will be worth the wait. Just 8 more hours to go ahhh!!!!

Well I am about 10 hrs post op and so far so good! This morning was kind of rough but I am already feeling a lot better, much less pain. I am shocked though because I was going for a medium to full C and Dr Roudner gave me 450ccs!! I trust his judgement but doesnt that sound more like a D? I'll try to post some pics later tonite or tomorrow. I am very happy with the results thus far and my hubby has been taking such good care of me =)

Finally decided to come out lol! Because of this thread I have booked my surgery with dr. roudner so thank you to all the girls!!
Hi Miacarioca how are you feeling? I have a preop/consultation with dr. roudner on monday and scheduled my surgery for the week after, the 12th! Are you in a lot of pain? Any suggestions? BTW are you brazilian?!

Hey dede! I am feeling good and so far am really happy with the progress of my boobs...they are exactly what I asked for :-) As far as pain, the first few hours after surgery were rough but once you take the painkillers it's really not too bad at all. Yesterday was my first day off them so that was kind of a rough adjustment but I am moving around pretty normally now.

Have you decided on a size yet? Like a lot of other girls have already mentioned on this thread, Dr. Roudner is somewhat less than eager to discuss size, even on the day of your breast augmentation...my advice would be to select your favorite work from his own book (it has everything from the website plus more) and then maybe bring in one pic from somewhere else that you like on the day of surgery. That's what I did and I have no complaints!

And yes, I'm part Brazilian, hence the carioca reference are you too?

Im glad to hear your recovery is going well! I am having my surgery on a monday and hope to be able to do a few things, like movies/lunch by the weekend, do you think thats feasible?
I actually went to a consultation in brazil and saw the 300 cc implant and liked the size so i am hoping for that. I really like the shape and general size of numbers 1 3 5 and 14 on his website, so I am hoping for that. I think its about a medium C. I am pretty short 5'1, and i heard he's conservation(which I like) but i reallly want to be a C LOL. How is the incision? What do you think is the worst part of recovery? I am also from brazil, Sao Paulo to be exact!

Hi! Yea, by Friday you should definitely be out and about. I had my surgery on Friday (Sep 25) and I could have gone out to dinner no problem on Sunday. Last night I actually went out clubbing haha. I think the hardest part is making the adjustment off the painkillers. But it really isn't that bad, just the first night without them you might wake up feeling sorer than you had since the surgery. Don't forget to buy laxatives!! LOL you will be helpless without them so long as you are on the painkillers. I am getting my stitches removed tomorrow and the scar is already so faint you can barely see it.

My two favorite from the website were 5 and 1 too! I actually gave him number 5 along with another picture (actually, Grazi Massafera from Brazilian Playboy LOL...you must know who she is!). I know that in Brazil everyone goes by cc's but Dr. Roudner will decide the cc's for you based on the pictures you give him or bra size you tell him you want. When the nurse told me after surgery that I got 450 cc's, I was SHOCKED because I imagined they would be HUGE on me but in the end they are almost identical to number 5 from the website (who had 400s) and Grazi Massafera in Playboy!

I am sooo nervous I get my boobs done by Dr. Roudner in 6 days... I feel it's like a dream come true. I am going from a 32A to a 32 med to full C. I hope they come out awesome. I love it that I found this site with sooo many people that have used the same Dr. and loved their results.

I had a consultation with him today and I am almost certain he is the PS for me... after reading through this forum I was expecting him to be cold and short w me but he was suuuper sweet. answered all my qs. his staff was also super nice. I really liked it. I have an appt for a consultation with dr. revis next week and after that I will make my final decision. Either way, I am very very excited for my surgery. I would love it if the roudner girls kept us updated on their breast augmentation and how the new boobies are working out. =)

Hey all! It has been 7 months, 3 weeks and 2 days since my breast augmentation.

The dermatitis has not gone away but I have been using a prescription strength cream that specifically treats dermatitis and eczema. It has significantly improved though so I expect that to not be a problem.

As for my scarring, one of my breasts has a significant white "smiley" under the areola , but the other breast has a slight pink smiley. can't really tell with the other one. There is no more scar tissue as to where the stitches were.

As for softness, I have occasionally done my massages. Upon touch/grabbing by hand, they are super soft and feels like normal breasts. But when someone hugs me, they are pretty damn hard!! and most definitely noticeable. I just say i am wearing a huge pushup bra LOL

Also, they are slowly D & F.. They still have a slight upper pole-ness to them so like i said in an earlier post.. when i wear tube tops it looks like i have a push up bra on.

all in all .. they are an excellent size !! he went with my requested size but i was going for the natural look anyways.

it is very important to note that i still do not have any feeling under my breasts where the incision was!!!! this was definitely a negative with this surgery . I expected for my nerves to repair by 7 months.. this is another thing to think about when you are choosing to do your breast augmentation...
