Has anyone used Dr. Lenny Roudner in Miami?

I am seeing Dr Roudner (traveling from Boston to do so)
I go in on Oct 22 for my surgery I am SO EXCITED and waited so long for this.
I had my initial consultation way back in April, and I'm doing under the muscle (I agree it seems this is the only way he does it) and he was pleased to find out I chose silicone, he said I will be much happier with it.
We talk about specific size Oct 21, but he says he sees me as a large B small C...I am seeing more like a large C since that is where I was at before breastfeeding and kids!
I would love to hear any more info about anyone who has used him...He has come highly recommended, and I'm traveling far to see him!
If anyone is interested, I will post before and afters in November-ish

size before kids- 34 C(almost D)
size now- it actually changes...usually 34AA, but around my period it's a 34A (WHOO HOO LOL!)

I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Roudner for Oct. 15th so when I ran into this post today, I am so happy to hear the positive results from those of you who have done them with him. I have personally known and heard of so many people who have done their breast augmentation with him, and they are all pleased! What I most frequently hear about him is how natural the breasts look after. I live in Miami, so the drive to Coral Gables won't be so far for me. I wasn't aware that he is so fond of silicone though. I would love to hear from those of you who have already done your surgery with him and how it is going. and also those of you who are scheduled to do them soon. Any pictures would also be helpful! I will fill you all in after my consulatation oct. 15th!

Hoping to be a mid C
5'5 / 125 lb.

twilight sedation is when you are concious but extremely groggy, and feel no pain. This method allows you to be able to not realize the surgery is going on, but leaves you able to communicate with the doctor if need be. Sounds weird!!!!

Thanks so much! I see you are doing your with Dr. Roudner like runnergirl, are you going under with twilight sedation as well?? I have my consult with him October 15, I can't wait! How are things going with you..are you prepared? I know you are traveling.. EXCITED!?

I think he said he was using twilight. I think that is the only method he uses. I actually can't remember since my initial consult was way back in April.
I will find out soon enough. I have had GA twice before and it is super weird...I guess all sedation is weird feeling though.

I am feeling anxious!

Thanks for writing back, I am new to this and get excited when I get replies (silly me). I am sure you are anxious! I would've been counting down every single day from April to now! No worries though, it will all be worth it in the end and you will be boobified, you'll see! I have 12 days left until my consult with him and I am mentally preparing myself because when it comes to doctors I feed off alot from how much comfort and reassurance they give me, and I just hear his people skills aren't so appealing. But welll what matters is his work

Do you already have your accomodations set for your trip? Miami is beautiful, enjoy it!!

I actually quite liked Dr Roudner. I felt he was somewhat "brisk" but I felt like we were on the same page, and his reputation speaks for itself so to speak....
I am staying with my brother-in-law in south beach, but my husband just told me yesterday he couldn't come...so I am bringing my 2 children with me while my (gay) brother-in-law looks after my kids and my boobs...it isn't ideal, to say the least.

I had my breast augmentation with doctor Rounder in August 07 he does a very good job but he is very
conservative with that said he does alot of natural look which I am fine with but now boobie greedy got to me and I want bigger I am debating if i will go back to him because after my breast augmentation I said to him that my boobie were small and his anwser was that what all the girls say
and brush me off. My sister did her first and she was fine with him but some of her friends
that did it with him did not like his bed side manners ( a bit cold) He does discuss CC with you either. Hope this was helpfully.

Who have you consulted with in Tampa. Tampa actually has a TON of over the top PS.

I will be going to Dr. Francis Rieger on Monday!! Keep in touch with me and I will let you all know how my recovery and results are. I have had friends happy with many other PS as well I could recommend.

I'm sorry your husband can't go! But the excitment that you are getting boobies alltogether will get you through that, im sure! Just think positive! Your brother in law sounds like he will definitely take care of you , better some help then none

. Are you only getting a breast augmentation? I hear the recovery with him is very good, but everyone is different. Hopefully you recover fast and can maybe scope out Miami before you go back home!!

Thank you for this information. I hear from alot of people that I should stick to the size I want for that very same reason, that he is conservative. I don't want to go any higher then a C though so I think I will be o.k. I hope I don't get booby greed someday though

How are your girls doing??? Was your recovery fast??

Brittany just did her boobies, BostonGirl as well, and I will be doing them Nov.22 all with Roudner. They could probably help you more then I can but just If you have any questions consultation wise you can ask me. You can find them on my page, they've left visitor comments. Also, my pre-op is Nov. 5th so I will be able to tell you more info after then. GO to him though, he even has a discount going on now because of the economy. My consultation was Oct. 15 and I loved the location, the staff, and I thought he was very nice. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Aww my consultation is at 9a.m because I have to rush to work afterwards. Do what I failed to do in the consultation and think of everything possible that you would want to ask! And mention size more with him because if you decide to do them with him, at your pre-op you really won't talk about size with HIM but the nurse instead. I was so nervous i forgot to ask things like If i would be able to try on sizers next visit, my measurements so that I could keep them, how long the procedure is, etc.

Trust me, every time I've gone to see a doctor I totally blank out and forget what to ask. My main concern is if I am going to need a lift. I've had mixed reviews. I really want to see him because I know he has a lot of experience. Most of the docs I saw where young and said I needed a small lift. Then I saw Dr. Serure who is awesome from what I hear, and he told me if he was unexperienced then he would tell me to get a lift. He actually told me all I needed was to straighten up my posture. So we'll see. God I can't wait. I hope they still have that discount thing going on. Do you know if they are discounting on sils?

Oh I see. Was that the dr. that you didn't like the staff very much? I've never heard of him to be honest! And to be even moreeeee honest, I like Roudner, but I also found a PS that gave me way more info then he did on our consult. The reason I ultimately chose Roudner though is because of just that *experience* you are speaking of. They just come out so wonderful on the girls i've seen that I really do think it all comes down to the boobies. From what they told me is that If I would want sils it would be 900 more from the 3800. So girl you will def. be getting a discount regardless!! When they showed me the price sheet i kept looking everywhere for a higher price- and then when she said that was it I was like huh!!?? Cause everyone I know has paid way more with him.

I cant get sils cause im not 22 but my sister in law can, and thats why I tell you that they give u the price quote for saline and then say just add 900 if u do decide to go with silicone!
