hello pyxystixx!! i am soo glad i just read ur post, because i just got a full lift with dr. roudner.. and TRUST me.. he knows what he is doing!!! i am 12 days post-op, and if you could see my 'scars' you would be REALLY impressed!
i could send you pics if you'd like.. i would just need ur personal email address, but i am not sure if you are allowed to leave it on here publicly?.. u might have to private message me, which i think u can do after you are an elite member... anyways... dr. roudner will know if you need a lift or not, and what kind of lift... i am the PICKYEST person on the face of this planet, and i am very impressed with my new boobies/lift so far!!

i was SOOOOO worried about scars, etc (b/c of the lift) and i am telling you mine will probably be BARELY visible after i heal completely. woo hoo!!

Brittany! I am so glad you responded. I heard you did your lift w/ Dr. R. and wanted to talk to you. It's hard to communicate here since I am not elite yet. I have a consult with him on Nov. 5 and I can't wait! I wish I could see your pics. Do you mind saying how much he charges for a lift and did you get implants? If so, sils or sal? I can't wait to be able to PM around here. It would be so helpful. Anyways, hope to hear from you soon.

hi there! yes i did e.thing with Dr. roudner...

I got silicone implants with a full lift, and the total was $7550
that included everything.. as well as all my post-op appointments...
it would be $900 cheaper if you picked saline... but i LOVE the silicone! they feel GREAT!!!.. also it would be cheaper if you didn't need a full lift and only a donut lift, etc... so basically 7550 is the most you would pay.
i know i already said it, but he did SUCH a great job... i am really impressed =)
as soon as you become elite, you can PM me and we can exchange personal email addresses so you can see some pics (i have pics on this forum, but not naked boob ones...lol)

Which I don't mind as long as he does a good job. He's in my top 2 and was curious if you don't mind sharing what he said he'd charge for the aug?? saline??

i had my breast augmentation with dr. lenny... HE IS GREAT!!! don't worry about his brisk attitude... its worth it!... trust me... once we become friends on here, u will be able to look at my pics... let me know if u have any other questions..

i had silicone (which is $900 more than saline) and a full lift.. in total mine was $7550 ... but if you are getting saline implants only, and no lift, it should be around $4000 but they will give u the exact price at then end of ur consult. =)

That sounds right. My quote was $6,100 but it includes a Benelli Lift and Silicone. He is brisk, don't expect him to open up for questions. He basically sits you down in his office, goes though his procedures and gives you 100 different statistics. Then you go to an exam room where he measures you and tells you what he thinks. Then you speak to Cindy his coordinator and your done. It wasn't as bad as I imagined. I imagined Dr. Roudner to be really cold, but he's sweet in his own way. I am really excited and glad I choose him. Good luck

Hey MrsNoboob,

Britt & pyx are right.. he isn't as bad as some people make him out to be. I went on another consult after his and yes, the PS did explain things to me more in detail but ultimately the one who I knew had the best work was Dr. Roudner. Since it seems as you've already been to a consult, you should already have gotten answers to most of your questions & have an idea of what you need. After the pre-op they give you a packet that will answer anything/everything you need to know for your operation - pre-op & post-op wise. So his office is on top of things and his staff is very well trained but he himself isn't one to become your "best pal". LOL. I am doing just a breast augmentation with saline and my price quote was 3,800. It would have been 900 more if I wanted Silicone. He has this discount going because of the economy so since your consult is tommorow I am sure you will find out about that.

I'd be lying if I said anything exact regarding the armpit incision because I don't know anyone who has done it through there. what is your opinion on it? Think of recovery and what you think will be easier. I suppose armpit wise it will be harder to raise your arms etc.? Just my guess.

I was operated for hyperhydrosis around 3 years ago and it was through a teeny tiny incision in both of my armpits. One healed better then the other, and isn't even visible. I can still see the mark on the one in my left arm when I look closely though and it makes me self concious when raising my arms! Remember no-one will see the areola unless you are naked.

These are just my thoughts :-) There are many useful links/posts on this site regarding both methods. HTH.

That is true... From what I heard from both docs - recovery with armpit is much quicker.. Next day or two you can drive and do your thing (nothing too crazy strenuous obviously). With areola, Roudner said I can't even drive for a week at least. The issue w/armpit for sure is if you get an infection or something i'm sure the scar will be more visible... Also I hear there is a better chance you can breastfeed with armpit? Not sure about that though... Areola of course no one sees so if scars a little dark no one knows (turn those lights off!) lol

It is a hard decision to make. What I would do is talk to some of the girls here that have done it Transax. Look at lots of Post-Op pics (scarring-wise) and see what you prefer. I have see a Transax scar and it was very thick, but that might have been a bad PS or bad healing. Look around and do your homework. Does Herman have Post-Op pics up on his website?
