Dr. William Jacobsen in Phoenix, anyone?

Does anyone know anything about this doctor? He was recommended in the Phoenix Magazine Top Docs issue, but I haven't seen anything about him on this site. Thanks!

I've heard he does a good job but have no personal experience with him. I have seen him in the Phoenix Top Docs several times and usually all the surgeons in there are high quality.
