Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area plastic surgeon?

Anyone have any recommendations for breast docs in the Raleigh-Chapel Hill-Durham area??

I just moved here and have no idea where to start!!

I am not familiar with a PS in Raleigh personally, but I know there is at least 1 member on here who had her breast augmentation done in Raleigh.
I had mine done in Kinston, which is about 1.5 hours from you, and would highly recommend my surgeon. There is a member from the High Point area that is making the drive to see him.

I'm not far from Raleigh! I'm about 30 minutes NE of there. I went to Richmond, VA - Dr. DeWire. Make sure that your ps is certified by the ABPS. Also do a search for the surgeon's name with the State Medical Board. You can find the links to all of the boards at www.justbreastimplants.com/research/med-board.htm.

Just saw your thread and wasn't sure if you were still looking. I, like mama2twingirls, am getting mine done by Dr. Cummings in Kinston. It's going to be about a 3 hour drive for me, but I do believe it will be worth it. I've heard nothing but great things about him. His pics look great! And a huge plus, he does a rapid recovery method that sounds amazing. There really seems to be far less pain from what I understand. I'm getting my girls Friday. I plan to post a thread in the breast augmentation stories if you're interested.

Hi, I went to Dr. Morea in North Raleigh. He is EXCELLENT and will take lots of time with you at consults. Also, he has done lots of BAs and has less than 1% complication rate. He covers the costs of all follow ups...and any time you have questions and need to come in between they welcome you to do so at no cost. It's all included in his breast augmentation cost which is the average price, nothing increased. Excellent bedside manner and I highly recommend him. He is a perfectionist, loves to perform surgery and is highly skilled! He is chief of plastic surgery at Durham Regional and was a flight surgeon! At least see him for a consult.......contact me if you have additional questions.

Hi! i just moved here to north carolina from michigan, about 6 months ago, still dont know which towns are where but I am from statesville. My PS name is Dr Edward Bednar he is located in Charlotte NC dont know how far that is from where you are located at. I really really recommend him and his staff. All of the staff are very friendly, comfortable surroundings, everyone there made me feel at ease and made me feel comfortable with answering all of my millions of questions that I had. this is my first breast augmentation and I was sooooo scared! But the cost are VERY reasonable and I cant say enough about him and his staff. Hope any of this information is of any help

I'm with TAC32. I also used Dr. Morea in Raleigh. He is great and so is his staff. I also have a few friends who have used him as well for breast augmentation and lipo. We are all very pleased. He is highly qualified.

Hey, I know the thread is a little old (a week or two).. but wanted to recommend my PS. I live in Raleigh, and was recommended to Dr. Victor Au in Cary. He is wonderful! He's been doing BAs for decades. The facility is immaculate (Viserage in Cary-- check out the website viserage.com), and the staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. If you have any questions, let me know. I haven't had my breast augmentation yet, but have heard nothing but good things from and about Dr Au. Good luck!

Hi I live In Durham and will have my breast augmentation in August with Dr. Gunn. She is super nice and made me feel very comfortable. I found her after three firends used her for their breast augmentation. Hope this helps.
