I knew I wanted to go with him at the consultation because he answered every question my hubbie and I had honestly and took his time with us and showed us before and after photos. He also said that like with any cosmetic surgery, perfection is not guaranteed but that he is meticulous and that he has a history of performing the breast augmentation surgery most times with very little blood loss(of course also depending on the patient sometimes). I really just felt comfortable with him and that he really knew his stuff. He was also very honest about size and conservative to be safe yet open minded and sympathetic to my wishes.

My results were beyond my expectations from the moment I woke after surgery. He could not have done a better more perfect job. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking this surgery. I have since met 5 ladies that had gone to him for a breast augmentation within a couple months of mine and my best friend also went to him. Oddly enough- each one of them had the same things to say about him. He is awesome and you can bet that if I ever need anything else done in the future, I will go to him without a doubt!

I LOVE my results. I understand that there are some that had some concerns however I couldn't be happier. I had went on a consult with a local PS, went to Dr C (had another consult that afternoon which I cancelled). I had emailed with several other gals and knew a few ladies personally that loved their results too.

I seriously couldn't envision myself moving around right after surgery. I thought it was a crock.

After surgery I went back to the hotel to take a hot shower and move my shoulders etc..DH drove 2 hours home and continued the showers after about 5 hours I was so much better the next day I could lift my arms above my head continued to move my arms and did the showers cause it felt so good.

I initially wanted a FULL C but as he was marking on day of surgery I told the nurse to make sure to tell Dr. C to fill me as much as he could fit. Yes there are some PS that determine size once you are in the OR to some that is shocking (which I was apprehensive at first too) but its his expertise and he knows what he is doing.

Yes he only does crease incisions, smooth mods.

I couldn't believe that I got 600cc in each I was VERY pleased. THe first PS that I paid a consult with told me to achieve the FULL C baby D he would put in 450. THinking back if I would've gone with him I would've been PO'd

He and his staff came highly recommended to me and I can't say enough good about them all! The staff in his office is patient, kind, gentle, honest, funny and calming! Dr. Hartog never made me feel like another "number" that needed to be rushed out for the next one to come in. He has personally come to the telephone to answer my questions if he is not in surgery and if he is in surgery, his staff is so knowledgable that I still get the information I needed. There was a time when I needed an answer from him directly and they went into the or and asked him for me then came back and told me what he said. They are always readily available via email and telephone.

Dr. Hartog called me personally the day of surgery around 8 PM and again the next two days. Someone from his office called every day for the first few days in addition to him to check on me and they've called here and there since then. The day of surgery, I was never very nervous and I am certain it was partially due to the fact that I had been so well informed and so well taken care of before then.

In Stratham, New Hampshire there is a surgeon named Dr. Richard Zeff. I highly recommend him! He has done a wonderful job on my breasts and he and his staff are incredibly nice and helpful! He definitely knows what he's doing and so does the staff. And his place is immaculate! Very inviting. He even called me the next day after surgery to see how I was doing. Anyway, if anyone near NH is thinking about implants, go to him!

Dr. Kneessy was born and raised on Long Island. He received his B.S. Degree from SUNY at Stony Brook and obtained his M.D. Degree from SUNY at Buffalo. I used him in 1999, he was the TOP recommended surgeon in my area for breast reconstruction.
He has all appropriate degree's and affiliations.
He is also known for his "craniofacial" surgery and techniques mostly used on infants and children.
He has a beautiful office, wonderful, helpful nurses. He is very realistic and honest, and I feel he LISTENED to me, both in 99, and this month (different goals). He wont put you at risk, but will do all he can to help you achieve your goals.

I loved my plastic surgeon, Dr. Chris Pelletiere. He is just outside of Chicago in the Palatine area. I met with him a few times before my surgery, and he always took as much time as I needed. The first consult took almost 90 minutes because we were talking so much. He provided me with all the tools I needed to make an informed decision, and made both myself and my husband extremely comfortable. His office was very warm and personal feeling, not like a few I had been to that were more like a spa or art museum. I definetely recommend him. His office is also very discreet - they do not advertise at all - all the patients are referrals from other patients or surgeons.

My surgeon is truly an artist! I highly recommend him to everyone! His name is Dr. Chester Cheng and he's located in Danville, California (close to San Francisco). He is very soft spoken so I advise anyone who sees him to ask lots of questions. He's very thorough in answering them. His nurse is awesome too!
I chose him because I had consults with other PS's and just wasn't "feeling it", YKWIM? I went to a PS seminar with a girlfriend who also had a gastric bypass. My PS and his partner held the seminar. It was VERY insightful and they had 6 patients of theirs there to give their testimony
(all post gastric bypass, PS patients, and all had a breast augmentation, most of them had more work done like face, arm, thigh lifts, or tummy tucks). I was able to talk to them afterwards and there was no doubt in my mind that I had found the right doctor. I had my first consult with him a few weeks later and it only confirmed with I thought at the seminar.
He is absolutely amazing and really knows his stuff!!

He made me feel very comfortable and helped me make the decisions as far as my surgery went. Not only was he awesome but his whole staff were awesome. Mine was Dr. Charles Perry of Sacramento (Chrysalis Cosmetics). I actually went today for my 6 month post op and he and I both could not be happier. He has a wonderful bedside manner and his staff is great. Feels like I am walking into a room of old friends. He has always made me feel very comfortable and that this is my body and I am the one to make the best decision for me. I went to 3 other consults. He was my 4th and I am so grateful I found him!
