For me, it was really important to have a female plastic surgeon--for the same reason I have a female OBGYN. Dr. Usha Rajagopal (http://www.sfcosmeticsurgery.com) was great for me--she is patient, caring, experienced, and most importantly made me feel at ease.

Results--exactly what I wanted. She walked me through the process step by step and helped me choose a size that was right for my body. I didn't want to look fake at all--just naturally large. I went dress and bra shopping a week afterwards. It was the best decision ever. I know so many people are down on plastic surgery, but it really changed my life.

Dr. Bermudez is world class. He is caring, great listener, and extremely professional. He made me feel so comfortable right from the start. He was very detailed with me and gave me what his recommendations were, which is also exactly what I wanted. His practice does not believe in big, fake looking boobs. I'm only 14 days post op and my boobs already feel soft and look natural. I'm beyond impressed!

Not just that, he gave me a Q Pain Pump. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's this little pump with catheters that goes into your breasts so it relieves pain after surgery. I have girlfriends who told me it was the worst pain they felt so that was what I was expecting. But with the pain pump, I barely felt any pain. The minor discomfort was fixed with some pain pills. I also have a fear of taking too much pain pills so with the pain pump, I only took 2 the first and second day. And the by the third and forth day, I only took one at night. By the fifth day the pain pump is gone and there was barely any discomfort left. It was seriously a much smoother process than I have ever imagined. I only wonder to myself, why didn't I do this sooner...but then again, if i did get it sooner, I may not have found Dr. Bermudez!

I'm so glad I went with Dr. Bermudez and would recommend anyone who wants to get plastic surgeries done.

Dr. Pousti is the best doctor ever. He is double board certified in reconstructive surgery and plastic surgery. He is so great with his patients and sincerely wants what is best for them. He is located in San Diego as well. Here is his website...there are 100's of pictures for you look at!

Dr. Vitenas in Houston, Tx is the best if you want natural looking breast...He doesnt go too small or too big...He measured me and said he thinks I should get a full B/small C, its like he read my mind....I was worried about the size being too small than too big but its PERFECT....I only 7 days in but it feels soft and looks great, I cant wait what its going to look like in 3 months...

If you are interested in breast augmentation surgery, you should defiantly look at Dr. Poustis website! It has a tremendous amount of information, with hundreds of before & after photos. At my first consultation I had the opportunity to meet some of Dr. Poustis patients. I was able to ask about their experience, after hearing many positive testimonials and meeting Dr. Pousti & his staff, the choice of booking my surgery was easy. I went to Dr. Charlotta LaVia in Santa Monica, California. I also wanted a female PS and I couldn't be happier. She was kind, attentive, honest, funny, and wanted to make me look as natural as possible. She also does a lot of reconstructive surgeries for women with breast cancer, and she really cares about others and the community.

If you live in Los Angeles, give her a try. She's not cheap, but I feel it was worth every penny. And I didn't have any of the high boobs on my chest that I've seen in some pictures and no bruising at all.

A word of caution though - she is more of a natural type of PS, so if you're looking for super huge fake looking breasts, she's probably not the right PS for you.

He was very honest with me about possible complications and realistic outcomes and I felt confident that I was making a well-informed decision. Dr. Mosser's staff are very helpful and attentive and their attention to detail made me feel like I was well taken care of. Dr. Mosser and his staff supported me through two breast augmentation's and I am tremendously pleased with my results!

I Highly recommend DR Randy Buckspan In Saint Petersburg Florida Because,After 4 Consultations with Highly rated recommended,They had there own Surgery centers not to mention bottled water and robe's with the doctors names (very cute pink robe's)I must say!!! (I wanted one) lol They could not give me what i wanted 600cc unders a common procedure from what I know from reading every One's story's here on JBI A Very personal friend of mine Recommended this PS to me, He has a web site not very high tech,So I emailed him what I wanted that was on a Sunday and He replied within a short time the same day and He asked that I call is office Manager on Monday to set an appt time for free consultation soo Thursday I went in and was very pleased from the time I was greeted by the receptionist to My visit With the PS Him and his staff I think 3 people total all spent a total of an hour an a half, talking to me about everything related to My procedure before & afters to Sizers It was like It was all about me with no rush or pressure frozen in time and I was able to interact and focus my thoughts a shared experience not a PS just talking at me and then sending me to the finance Dept like the last 4 consultations I can't say enough good things about this Doctor He's (was) my port in a storm of unhappiness with the previous doctors concerning My breast augmentation at the end of my time with him I wanted to go ahead and do my pre op right then so We did and 2 weeks later May,1st 2009 He helped me deliver TWINS and I wasn't even pregnant again lol two beutiful bouncing baby boobies wrapped in a ugly bra lol I mean a boobie blanket I hope all of you have A great and beautiful experience when It come's to your body & your goals

Dr. Phillip Marin in Pueblo, CO. I thought I was going to have to drive to Colorado Springs or Denver, but my OB Gyn recommended Dr. Marin and he was fabulous!! He works out of a surgery center so my surgery was in the same location. I had a great experience, and felt like he really listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. He is worth driving to S. Colorado for. . .

I am so pleased with my results i'm only 11 days post op and they look so beautiful already and they aren't hard as rocks....they are softening up already. I had/have no bruising at all and my recovery went sooo well and is continuing to go so well.

Not to mention his consultation fee is only $25 and free for military, he also offers a 10% military discount. He is so friendly and answers any and every question you have and is nice and friendly about it. He doesn't make you feel like he's rushed at your consultation and he sends you a letter in the mail thanking you for choosing him. My friend and I both went to Dr. Greene and everytime I see him he always asks how she is doing
