I voted no and overs. They do fall down for a bit but not as much as I'd want them to (I'd prefer they looked more natural rather than sticking up!).

I have unders and mine fall to the sides when I'm laying down,
but the implants don't fall to the armpit.

When lying on my back they seperate a little bit, but don't "fall over"...however when laying on my side they do tend to fall over more like what I remember my tissue pre ba doing.

Well not happy with my visit with my PS he said when I got the BA I had a lot of skin to fill because of the weight loss and that the implant will move around more. He said that if I was 20 yrs old and no boobs to start with I would have what I am wanting but I cant get there from here. Then of coarse he said they look great that most women would die for theirs to look like mine, so I dont know if that was suppose to make me feel better but instead I felt like he was just trying to blow me off. I dont understand why I cant get what I want by getting rid of some of the extra skin and really tighten things up.

Annie, mine are the exact same way, I can even see my pre BA boobs when I lean over. DH said last night that he was happy to see the old girls again WTF!!

BUT he did say that he also loves the new girls too

I am really sorry to hear this!! I was hoping you would get a better response than this. You can always go back and talk to him and tell him how your feeling, you paid alot of money for this! If you did get the brush off that just isnt right, I think I would probably feel the same way as you. Did you ask about permanent sutures??

Voted Yes with overs. I did not want a lift. When laying down they slide to the sides. Actually they are in my armpits even when I'm standing. I have good cleavage, so no complaints.

Well, mine are pretty new... they do fall to the side a little- a little less than what I'd expect if they were natural- but not all the way into the armpit... I hope that answers the question

I have unders and yes - my righty falls more than my lefty. It actually is really starting to bother me. I can feel the separation between my bone and my implant. It's weird. I think I'm going to make an appointment with my PS.

My theory is that if the PS makes a larger pocket and encourages massage, there is a higher chance of boobies falling to the sides when laying down. My PS makes a pocket that just fits the implant and does not encourage the massage, so the implants do not migrate. Just a theory.

I don't think mines actually fall but maybe because of the size(D/baby DD), I sometime feel as if they are falling.

I've started to wear a bra when I sleep...
