I have partial unders and my implants do fall to the sides. If they go too far over this could be from the pocket being made too big or the pockets can stretch over time.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | To close up the pockets, they will need to add permanent internal sutures. Good luck, let us know what they have to say.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Yes, it will close up the pocket so they won't fall so far when you lay on your back.

Yep, I have the same problem. It's more pronounced on my right side. Laying down with my arms beside me, the right side seems to rest all the way on my arm and I catch myself pushing it toward the center of my chest with my hand because it is uncomfortable. Standing up right side brushes my arm with and without a bra and left side doesn't. I've already had a revision and thought I had everything fixed but as time goes on the more I have the same problems as before rev. I don't have much faith in my PS anymore. Hubby said when we are financially able he wants me to see someone else. Until then I just have to deal with it. On the bright side---they look great in a good bra! |

Sorry to hear your having this going on! Let me know what he says, I hope he is willing to correct this for you!!!! I am having mild CC going on, I wont know much for 2 months I am on accolate. My right moves in the pocket good but left doesnt. I hope Dr Jon is one of those ps that will fix something at minimal cost to you, your issue I would think is something he should fix at hardly any cost to you.

Same thing here. And I asked PS about pocket revision. He had me feel where the pocket is while seated, then with his finger still on the edge of the pocket, he showed me it wasn't a pocket thing...it is more like a size and placement issue. He offered to do a lift, which I declined. Also, my boobies fell towards my arm pre-breast augmentation. I have to say that in the few weeks the breast has softened and I don't have the irritating place near my cleavage that was pulling due to righty moving off toward armpit. I did find a bathing suit that has stays under the arm, which has definitely reduced the fall into armpit when laying down. |

I will keep everybody posted tomorrow as what he says. Sunny, Sorry to hear you have a mild case of CC, that is what Dr Jon told me but I didnt have to take anything for it, I just did alot of massaging. Terri, Glad to hear you are doing better,,, I to had mine fall to the sides before breast augmentation so I may be stuck with what I have, and next problem is I need to find more out on revisions because I have family coming for 2 weeks at the end of June thru the 4th of July so I dont want to be laid up with healing being I have issues with healing as I have found out the last few months. |

no, i don't feel mine go under my arms when lying down. they do go sideways giving me a pretty much a flat chest but they don't flop. that said, i don't have any cleavage either so seems to me like my boobies don't move that much at all - this way or that |

Hi. Mine sort of go to the sides. Not all the way but enough that the gap between my breasts widen quite a bit. I thought I was the only one until I saw this question. lol. Glad you asked. cheers. |

The little I had totally flattened out and fell to the sides before my breast augmentation, whenever I would lay on my back. Even with the implants, I flatten out quite a bit when I lay down. I just assumed it was normal and natural and it really doesn't bother me. They look funny when I lean over and let them hang, too. I can see my own original boobies, hanging without the implant to pop them out. It looks a little strange, but I don't think there is any way that could be changed. So I am ok with it. Hubby doesn't seem to mind and as he and I are the only ones who see, it's ok! I guess I never expected perfection, just improvement, and so far, I'm content with that. This is simply my take on it. I think it is up to each individual's level of satisfaction. If you truly are not happy, then do all the research you can do and take whatever steps necessary to see improvement. Good luck!Annie |

I voted, no with unders. I'm a week shy from being 2 months post-op. Also, I can get 2-1/2 fingers in my cleavage when I lay down.

Okay. I voted no w/ Unders. While, I generally sleep on my side when I lay on my back the girls sit up. Unfortunately, they become firmer and I can fit 4 fingers in my cleavage. WTF! Never noticed b4 2nite but I think that has something to do w/ the fact that my implants R not very big.
