I voted that my PS prefers/suggested unders but I also went in wanting them due to medical reasons. Aesthetic too I guess b/c I didn't want ripples- though I don't know if I would have had them with overs b/c he said my skin is thick. I'm happy.

mine was a personal preference. i did a lot of research and found they were the best as far as not having complications, my ps also recommends them.
