Hello Ladies

For those of you who got unders, I'm curious to know WHY. My PS has suggested overs for me but has said that it's ultimately up to me, but I'm wondering why people would choose unders rather than overs. I know there are many reasons that unders might suit some people better than unders and also 'medical' reasons why unders are 'better' (less chance of CC, more natural??). I hope you don't mind helping my curiousity!

My PS suggested partial unders for me. I'm not sure about one being more naural than the other. IMO it depends on the person, not so much on the placement. I think mine look pretty natural for partial unders, but I think they'd look that way no matter what placement I had.

I couldn't be happier with what I have.

My PS didn't even give me a choice, she just said that since I had very little breast tissue she was going under and I said that was fine with me!

I guess I was all of the above!! Also just had my 1st PO mamogram and Im glad I did I was talking about unders to the teck and she said it makes a world of differece in the results. My p.s. really only does unders on MOST women.

I liked the idea that more of the feelable outer stuff would be the real me, if that makes any sense.

I decided on unders so that I wouldn't get the "rippling" effect. If I were able to get silicone instead, I would have gone with the overs

I got unders because they look natural i have great cleavage only one finger separation between boobs and they look full

And it is better medically because i work for a radiolgy department and the docs say it is easier to determine abnormalities in the breast

Just should have went bigger because with unders your muscle hides part of the implant

Hey Lil Kim..how many cc's did u go for? I am a 34 B and i want to be a D, I am thin, 5'8, and i noticed u said u wished u would have went bigger bc the muscle hides some of the implant.. what do u suggest?

I got unders b/c my ps recommended them, but I also wanted unders. I have only a teeny bit of breast tissue, which is why I wanted unders.

I chose unders for alot of reasons. but no.1 was to help prevent CC. I just could not go for overs because of the higher risk. But I also think it looks more natural (usually) when girls have unders. My PS suggested unders.

Getting unders for a few reasons:

To help prevent CC
Better mammogram results (Breast cancer runs in my family, so this was really a concern for me.)
To help hide rippling and make the implant less visible
My PS suggested it for my body type

Haven't gotten them yet, but I feel confident in my decision! HTH & good luck!

i got unders for several reasons other than my ps only does unders, i was afraid that if i got overs you could see & feel the implant easier & would look unnatural??, less risk of cc & rippling, better mammo.

actually, jenny mccarthy (from tv and playboy) has overs, and as big as she got them, i couldn't see a darn impression of the implant at all!
