My PS told me he'd make me as big as possible while still looking natural. So, when I told him I wish they were bigger, he showed me my before picture and said, "well, look at what we started with." Um, thanks.

I didn't tell my PS that I wanted to go bigger because I am happy with my size. I think I am proportionate now. I might be a tad bit big but, like it has been said before I would rather be too big than too small!!

I'm have a complications (necrosis on one side). If I have to go back in for anything I'm going bigger. Now want DD.

I told my PS at my 4-month checkup that I knew I wanted to go bigger. At my 6-month checkup we scheduled it - woohoo!! As it turns out, I also need to go in to get my right pocket revised, because it's stretching out, and my implant is shifting towards my armpit. If I were to go in for the re-do, and NOT take advantage of the opportunity to go just a little bigger, I'd be bummed with myself forever! Hoping for a DD when it's all said & done.

great question!

i know i'm still very early post-op, but i really think my PS nailed it for me already. i wanted to be a full C, and i'm already a D cup

(even tho i feel like a small C....it's weird).

I'm planning on telling my ps that I want bigger at my 6 month post op
(Jan 28).

I haven't actually 'told' my PS I wish I had gone bigger. I actually woke up from anesthesia and looked down and said, "they're not that big!?!?"

That was one of the things I said I didn't want to happen......grrrr!

I told my PS I wanted to be a full D, not a full C. I wanted to error on the side of too big. After all, I already had a large BWD, as he mentioned, and was tall and therefore a larger implant would appear smaller. I thought we settled on full D, but honestly, I am not a full D and I wish I was bigger.

I also wish I had more upper pole fullness and projection. With such a large ribcage I really need the projection to make me look more proportionate.

I doubt that I'm gonna spring for a redo anytime soon though unless I hit the lottery or something, and I haven't told my PS I'm 'unhappy'. He made the point of showing me my befores when I metioned being too small at my 2 week post op. Yeah, I got 500cc and there is a BIG difference, but not BIG enough, lol.

Anyway, I'm definately glad to have the boobs regardless of the size.
