Complications/problems
Please read the descriptions in this post before voting! They should help you pick your vote. Thank you!
![]() Did you have any complications or trouble with your BA? If you've had for example a redo to fix capsular contracture that didn't come about the second time feel free to vote both major aesthetic problems and that everything went fine! If you're only dissatisfied with the size please pick that everything went fine. Yes, major complications - Serious infection/hematoma/seroma requiring surgical draining or implant removal, anesthetics complications, necrosis or any other potentially life-threatening problems. Yes, minor complications - Infection requiring additional antibiotics, a hematoma or seroma that went away on its own, implant rupture or any other complications that are unpleasant but not life-threatening. Yes, major aesthetic problems - Symmastia, bottoming out, capsular contracture, poorly placed implants, severe rippling or any other problems bad enough to warrant additional surgery for satisfaction. Yes, slight aesthetic problems - Minor bottoming out or slight capsular contracture, rippling, bad scarring or any other results that aren't aesthetically pleasing but are manageable enough to be left as is. No, everything went fine! - Lucky you!

I chose: Yes, major and minor aesthetic problems. Because even though I have symmastia it is mild, as long as it doesn't get alot worse. Still not sure if I will get a repair or not, I'm waiting to see how it goes!!.

At almost 6 mos, I'm happy to say I've had no problems and hope to see many more BAs w/o complication here on the JBI forum.

Yes, major complications 0 0%
Yes, minor complications 0 0% Yes, major aesthetic problems 3 27.27% Yes, slight aesthetic problems 1 9.09% No, everything went fine! 8 72.73% I think there's a software problem here: 27.27% + 9.09% + 72.72% = 109.09% "Yes, major aesthetic problems" should be 25%, "Yes, slight aesthetic problems" should be 8.3% and "No, everything went fine!" should be 66.7% |

My BA went beautifully without a hitch
![]() . I chose the perfect size, perfect PS and near perfect outcome (I had a crescent lift and I wish they were a bit perkier, but it's still hard to really tell because of my hunched down posture due to my TT with muscle repair. Now, let me know when you get a poll going for TT outcomes, complications etc....it's a completely different scenario !

I checked everything went fine, but I do still have some numb areas. Would that be considered a complication? I'm still hoping the feeling will eventually come back...

Well, I definitely chose major complications...seeing as how I still have only 1 boobie I think that falls into that catagory
However, just a little bit longer and I will no longer be "mono-boobie" anymore!!! YIPPIE ![]() Rae |

This is a poll that allows multiple votes so the precentage tells you how many people took one particular option but seeing as you can vote on several different ones they will not always match to 100%!

Come to think of it I think we only had like one poll about sensation loss on the nipples a while ago but I'm not sure we've had a more complete poll on that, wanna draw up one?
