I'm 1 year post op and ALWAYS wear a sports bra to bed. I actually never go braless except when I'm in the shower and for a while when I get out of the shower.

I wear a bra but it isn't my sports bra, I stopped wearing it at 1 month.

I haven't worn mine at night since 3 weeks post op (I was told to sleep braless from 2 weeks but I forgot).
I must admit though I am quite attached to my sports bras, they may look pretty ugly but they are sooo comfy

Hey Jody,

I find it soooo much comfortable to wear one. I just don't know why I started doing it.. but I guess there is no harm in wearing one!

Dawn is on a distinguished road
After having the girls trapped in all day the first thing I do is set em free as soon as I get home. I sleep braless and on my stomach. It feels like Im sleeping on small beachballs.
