Everyone start with Frankenboob?

LOL Frankenboob. No, mine were high at first, but they looked good and I wasn't bruised at all - just swollen. They are looking quite good still, despite the left one being a bit high, but mine was a bilateral breast augmentation with the left side being a reconstruction, so that one's always had issues. LOL The biggest thing is just to be patient. At two weeks you'll have a much better idea of how great your forever boobs will be.

Definetly frankenboob!! But for only about a week then they started to look normal!!!

high and squarish for the 1st week, settled a little by the 2nd, and now (3rd week) dropping and definitely the round look i was going for

I could have sworn they were bricks, up to my collar bone almost... No worries, they settle. Some look odd in the beginning others don't. There are before and after pics on the main site, it might help to look through them.

They were actually completely square when I first took off the compression dressing - I had warned the hubby, but the look of horror on his face was so obvious! Poor guy. Since then have rounded up and softened really nicely - he is a big fan now.

Mine don't look totally great, but I think they're okay for being new, and definitely not frankenboob- although that was what I was expecting. Maybe lower CC's have something to do with it?

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one. I had mine done through the areola and aside from lots of swelling on the sides my twins were perfect. The incision around the areola never looked bad and after a week they were almost gone. And lucky for me they never sat high up either. There were where they should be right from the start so I didn't need to wear that awful band. I'm just 3 weeks post op and aside from still being a little sore I feel great and my twins look fabulous! Now that the swelling on the sides have gone down I can see more of a definition from the sides but I think my eyes are playing tricks on me as they seem smaller to me now but I'm still filling out a 34D. Wonder if I will be lucky and get some "fluff" down the road. I wouldn't mind that at all. I definitely don't want them to drop anymore as they are good where they are at. Now that it's all said and done I think I'm getting a bit of what everyone calls booby greed - LOL

I voted that they looked good right away. I have had 4 children and breastfeed them all for at least one year each. So I have had alot of streaching and extra skin to fill out.

I have a slight case of frankenboob. They do look a little squarish and they are swollen too.

OMG I totally had frankenboobs and if not for this forum would have went insane!!! They were square & smashy looking I totally had post surgery depression for a few days! Thank goodness they finally settled into place and I am happy. Well I miss the swollen look because now that is gone & I look at pics from like say 6 months after & compare now & I am like "where did my huge boobies go?" lol. I am a 32ddd but do not look it at all! Yep I definitely see a redo eventually just decided on other parts to do 1st i.e. a little sumsum to my face

lol sounds like my husband! He looked like he was gonna be sick & then I just started balling because when i looked down they were sooooo ugly! & I had staples & didn't even know it so u can only imagine how bad I looked. Whew I sure don't miss that 1st month; it was rough!!

Mine looked good from day one but I got small(ish) implants. Don't know if that makes a difference or not...

Wow I am so glad I found this thread!!! I just got my breast augmentation a couple days ago....definitely have the frankenboobies!!! Does anyone who has experienced the horror of frankenboob have any before & after pics?

Can't wait till I can click and vote that they look great!

I don't have Frankenboobs..but they are very high and like ROCKS!! One is a little more "squareish" but that is because he overfilled...I had a 34D naturally and a lot of breast tissue though..that might have something to do with it. I don't know. The just look BIG AND VERY SWOLLEN....UGH

I believe that unders start off looking like frankenboobs. Overs usually look good right away! =)

I guess you can call mine frankenboobs. I was warn ahead of time by my PS. What can I say, I have large implants and they are overfilled and they are completely unders. I m not to worry. My left breast is starting to drop and round out and so is my right. My right boob is still fuller higher since it has more cc's. Only 15cc difference. I m confident that it will normal in a couple of months. So far my boobs are starting to look like twins

Im only 7 days post op. I think by 4to 6 weeks I ll be where i want to be.
