Everyone start with Frankenboob?

My breast augmentation is in a few days. I just wondered if everyone starts with Frankenboob or did some come out looking nice but just a bit swollen

I am 2 weeks post op and I've still got the frankenboob look going on! I am hoping I will someday be able to select option #1 tho!

I have def. seen pics of girls on here tho that looked perfect, as though they didn't even need any dropping or fluffing, the first day out of surgery.

I wonder what factors cause frankenboob hehe...frankenboob!

I kept on tell by husband that my boobs look like a alien and he was like no they don't I just thought it was weird and my shoulder were shurged forward i dont know how to explain it was just weird(frankenboobs) but now they are all pretty.....

sorry, i didnt vote because there are not enough options.

mine were not frankenboobs but were swollen and the nipples looked this way and that, so neither were they perfect right from the start.

frankenboobs, or spongebob squarepants boobs usually happen with unders. i have overs and with overs what you start with is usually a swollen and bruised version of what you will have when they've "settled down"

i have unders and did not have frankenboobies. I don't know if it was the muscle relaxers in combination with the strap or if it was just my body in particular. My right still has a little to drop but other than that, they are in the correct place day 2. *shrug*

I called them "Frankentits" when I saw the incisions all the way around but they're looking good now. I have Overs so I didn't get the square look most refer to with "frankenboob" but I still had the feeling my boobs were made by a mad scientist so I guess it applies.

Everyone goes through changes with a breast augmentation so initial ugliness is to be expected.

I could barely tell when they started to relax and drop. They looked 'normal' just bigger from the first day.

I had "frankenboob!" I got unders and my PS said I had really tight skin. I was still pretty high and tight at 1 mo. post op. but now they're great (almost 4 mo. now). Good idea for a poll- this will help people so they don't freak out if they have frankenboob too!

I had frankenboob but only for about 3 days. I started looking OK after that, although of course it took a lot longer until they finally settled down.

Mine were swollen but pretty much the exact same as they are now. Looks like I was born with them from day 1.

Mine were not really square but up at my collar bone. When I would look at them from the side I wanted to cry!!

kinda hard to answer cos mine pre kids were fine i would go so far as to say perfect but after kids they deflated

With my first breast augmentation I had really bad frankenboob for a long time too. This time I did have it but it's going away much faster then the first time.

I picked mine looked "normal" right away ~ They didn't have any square-ness to them or anything ~ the first day there was more swelling on the "side boob" area but other than that I think they look great

Mine were a freak show, especially for the first few days. They've gradually (and obviously) improved on a day-to-day basis. I'm a little over a month out, and today is the first day that I've felt 100% really great about them...was totally thrilled when I looked in the mirror post-massage this morning.
