Hello,
I have been reading all the posts & messages from everyone for quite some time. Lots of information and overall well wishes from the people here. Since Im exactly 7 days away now, might be time to ask those lingering questions that Im still not 100% sure of. My story is a little different, I first considered a BA 2 years ago. Went to the consult which went very well, scheduled the surgery for the week of Thanksgiving thinking I can combine vacation time/holiday time for my recovery. Decided, because of my age, better go get a mamogram first, just to be sure. Yep, you guessed it. Cancer. Well 2 years later, all good & a little different looking, I am back where I was & with a great PS. (the first one looked at me like damaged goods when I came back) My new PS wouldnt let me speed through this & kept putting me off. Well, Im a great healer & 2 years to the day later, he is satisfied & Im scheduled. I have been back to the office at least 3 times in the last month just wanting to be sure I picked the right size(s). (they are very understanding) One minute Im sure, then I have doubts again. Not about the surgery, should be easy w/my experiences already, just the size. Im 5.1 & 1/2, 116 lbs (on a skinny day) and have a 31 inch ribcage. I decided on 350cc & I think its a good size for me. Im a B now (mostly ) & just want to fill out my C bras (& buy more!) All thoughts & suggestions are welcome. - Thanks!

Welcome to the forum!
![]() Congratulations on beating breast cancer! I'm glad to hear that you're doing well and are cancer-free. ![]() With your stats, I think you'll be a nice full C cup with 350cc. Who is your ps, and what part of FL are you in?

To the forum sweetie. How wonderful to hear such a praise report that you are healed and cancer free. I think 350 is a great size and IMO you'll be a C at the very least. So glad you found us and are willing to share your experience.

Hello and welcome!
![]() First of all, congratulations on beating cancer, that's wonderful to hear. I think 350 will look lovely on you - I'd say you'll get at least a good C cup, especially since you're starting with a B cup.

agree with Berlin
i have 360 cogel overs but i started out with a flat A and am now a full C, sometimes a D depending on the bra. my rib cage is 31 inches so your 350's should be an ideal size for you. good luck and welcome to the forum

Congrats on winning the battle against cancer!!!!! And for your upcoming BA!
IMO, you might end up a D cup. But if you're okay with that... I say go for it! I think 350ccs is a GREAT size... hehe. |

Actually the idea of a "real D" scares me silly! at 5'1 (most dont notice the extra 1/2") I dont want them entering a room before me! I suppose I can control them depending on the type of bra I wear. On the other hand, its not something I want to have to be planning on "the next time". A girlfriend of mine keeps telling me not to go any smaller, or I will regret it later. Ive read pleanty of messages where ladies are wishing they had gone larger. Very few of my aquaintences even know what Im planning. I really dont want the first thing my co-workers notice when I come back to work is the added volume in my sweater! Any ideas how to ease into the larger breasted women's world w/out being too obvious?

I vote for large C small D. I have a 29 rb and got 330 & 345 cc's under the muscle and am 34/36D. Bigger than I expected but not Dolly Parton for sure.

And so happy to hear you won your battle against breast cancer!! I understand what you are saying and had the same concern myself.. what I did was I bought the size bras I wanted to be, and started to wear fillings in them gradualy.. eventually, I was wearing enough padding (actually, a silicon thing that you put in your bra, I forgot the name but can research it online for you..) and there I was, at a full C from an A cup to start with in about 2 months or so. I guess people either didn't say anything, or, most likely, didn't really notice as the change was so gradual!! ![]() They probably all of a sudden thought to themselves, "humm, she has some nice little boobs.." and then later.. "she actually has some pretty decent boobs", but without really realizing they had changed, as it wasn't overnight. It worked for me and I never noticed any one staring at them or anything once I reached the C cup size!! HTH - i'll try and find the link to that website who sells these silicone inserts. (I must admit they are really not bad at all.. Comfy, and really do the trick! I could NOT leave home without them after I got used to them!!)

LOL - too funny! I thought I was the only one to find those things but I think they are working! The first couple of days, I did get some funny looks & smiles, but now no one is looking to hard. Thanks for the suggestion, I dont feel so silly now "preping the world" for my grand entrance!

I think You'll be at least a 'C' if not more. But I don't think that's way too huge. But that's a matter of opinion. Good luck!

I'm so glad the PS required a mammo!! Funny how these things work huh?? IF you go with the 350's I would imagine you'll be at least a D since you are starting from a B. I was flat flat flat - got 400's and now I'm a 32D, 34C. No one thinks I look that big - but the bra does not lie. I have seen other ladies write that implant Ds aren't as big looking as natural D's - I think they are right.
