My PS didnt make any suggestions with either BA. I chose with each time but got wiser the 2nd time around. If he had concerns he would have let me know.

I didnt go as big as my PS wanted, and I am actually VERY happy with my size. I was afraid I would be just a little too big if I went with what he wanted. I am SO glad I wen a little smaller.

In the beginning I was shooting for a full c (my ps is conservative) but told my ps that if he could go larger without making me look abnormal to do it because I wanted to be 'natural and very blessed looking'..lol. I told him I wanted big boobs for my body if I could accommodate them. After my surgery he said the c cup just wasn't cutting it on my body so he went larger and I am so happy that he did what I asked. I love my size!!

I was originally hoping for C but again, didn't know how C would give me what kind of look...LMAO, I was such an ignorant back then. I only brought some "dream boob pix" with me at consultation and that was it.
All I ever wanted was BOOBS, so I wasn't really going too crazy on CCs.
My PS didn't explain me on exactly how many CCs on me either.
Only thing he explained to me well was that he'd be using HP as the CC to give me the cup C in mod would not fit in me due to my narrower rib cage. Still I wasn't too sure of how I would be looking like with C.
After all I've read "boobie greed" issues here at this forum, my "pre OP boobie greed" kicked in.
I somehow decided to go biggest achievable in the very last minute. I believe that was in the morning of surgery.

Glad I believed my instinct & my PS's decision. He gave me just what I've wanted.

My PS suggested 400CC but I told him i don't want to look like a fake..so we came out 350CC

My surgeon pretty much left everything up to me. He prefers to do areola incision, under the muscle, which was what I wanted anyway, and then had me start small with the sizers and work my way up until I found the perfect size. (It kind of reminded me of being at the eye doctor: "boob 1 or boob 2?"). I also had brought 2 friends with me to help with the decision, and when I put it the size and profile I ended up with, we all seemed to know it was the right one.

My PS decided my size on the operating table. I told him as big as you feel comfortable going without risking too many complications. He guessed I'd receive about 400 but in the OR he felt he could go up to 450 so that's what I ended up with.

Yes, I went with the biggest he would "allow". He's a frenchman though and they're notoriously conservative with regard to breast size. I love them but I wish they were a little bit bigger. "Lucky" for me I had some really awful complications (hematoma) which messed things up slightly in my left and I'm getting a re-do to sort that out as well as go a little bit bigger in both.

I went with the size my PS suggested. We started out with 475 and then he said he would probably go up to 500 - 510 in surgery. I expressed my concern that I wanted to look natural and not too big and he assured me. I came out with 510 on the left and 530 on the right. I had complete trust in him and he did a great job. As long as your PS knows what kind of results you are looking for then I think you have to trust their expert advice.

I told my ps what size I desired to be and discusses with him my proportions. In the end, I let him choose the cc amount.

I did. I was very clear with my PS about the look that I wanted and the size that I wanted to be. She pushed me to go bigger, and I did go a little bigger than I originally said but not much. I still think she got the size EXACTLY right and every time I see her I tell her that.

I went with exactly what my PS recommended. I told him what I wanted and ultimately left the final result up to him. So glad that I did and my results are perfect for me.

well yes and no

basically he told me that in his opinion, i would be best off with 320cc's but if i wanted to go "big" my body could take 360cc's.

fearing boobie greed, i opted for the 360's which gave me an ample D, however with typical 20/20 hindsight vision, i really should have gone a bit smaller, with the 320's he suggested.

that said, i've since learned to live with my D boobies

I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and that I didn't want it to be totally obvious. I also had a lift at the same time. I left it up to her and got 300cc's. I wish I had 400's!
It is what it is, but I wish I had been better prepared as far as the implant size.
