Yes... He said that he could go to a 460 & fill to 550cc but he REALLY felt it would be pushing it too much... He thought I would ripple & have no cleavage & spill way over into my armpit... That is the MAX he would consider, but stressed he wanted what I got.... I went back & forth for a few days & went with his preference.....

I didnt. I didnt even get the type my PS advised. She advised 325cc saline Mod+ and I laughed. I didnt want to have these tiny boobs far apart on my chest. When I saw all these small girls on dr 90210 looking great with 500cc. That was ultimately what determined my decision. I wanted the fake look so I got 500cc Hp's instead and I'm glad I did. I 100% know I would have never been happy with mod's or 325cc now that I have my hp's. It's all about preferance and I wanted people to notice a difference for $8,500.

No. When i had my consult, my BF came along with me. He wanted a DD he told me. At the conult my PS said 400cc would give me a Full D.At the preop my BF wanted 500 and i was going with 425 (what the PS recommended, saying it would look like i needed a reduction going more than that) My BF and i finally agreed on 475. I'm actually happy with the 475 and glad that i did go that big.

I actually wanted to go smaller (325cc), but my PS said something around 450cc's would suit me better. Boy, am I glad I listened... Now, I'm actually wishing I would have gone to like 500cc's!!

My PS told me that he would do 375 to give me a full D.
I went with a 425 overfilled to a 500. I gave my Dr. The
choice in surgery to pick between 450-550.
I am happy and am a 36 DD or 40 D.

I was right with what I picked. :0)

I told my PS I wanted a full D and he suggested he would start with 400cc and probably go up to 450cc. He said he didn't think I could hold much more and still look natural. I told him to do what he thought was best but that I really did want a full natural looking D. I guess during surgery he ended up realizing that I had more "space" because my breasts were a D before. So I ended with 550cc's in each breast and he gave me high profile to maximize my projection. So I definately got what I wanted. My PS just wanted to make sure I wouldn't get the whole fake boob look or visible implant lines.

When I went for my consult, I had an idea that I wanted at least 400. I tried on a few, starting with 350s and worked my way up to 450s and decided on 425. I know there isn't much differenc between them, but I didn't have the 425 to try on. I had 400 on one side and 450 on the other. The 450 just seemed too big to me and I thought I could be bigger than the 400.

i told my ps that i wanted to be a full C, and he recommended 300cc's, and i agreed w/ it, but at my pre-op i asked how big id be able to go, with my body frame, and thats when he said 375cc's would be the biggest i can go and i decided to go bigger! and yayyy. haha

I wanted to be a C - HA! I was thinking 350-375... she said 400... I said OMG! I took her pics of how I wanted to look in a bikini - showed her one that I thought was too big, showed her one that I liked... she said, you'll be bigger than the one you like if we go 400... OMG... I said I'm really a shy person and don't want to have men gawking @ me - she said w/ a smile, you'll get used to it! LOL!!! At the end... I said, you do this all day long, you know what you are doing - and now I'm saying... I'm sooooooooooooo glad I listened to her!!!!!!

I love my size!!!! and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my PS!!!!!!! (so does DH!!)

my ps let me choose what i wanted. i wanted 400ccs and he advised me to go to 450ccs of i wanted a D cup and i ended up choosing 500ccs and he was totally fine with that. i love him!

My PS and I never really talked about cc's. I just told him I wanted to be a full C, for it to look natural, and showed him pics from different websites of how I wanted to look. I am happy with how they turned out!

I didn't bring any pictures because I knew ultimately all women's breasts are different.

After reading this forum and other websites, I discovered that PSs talk in cc amounts so I went from there. I gave my PS a cap after trying on several implants in her office as well as trying this 3-day model simulator online. She shared her concern about the gap between my breasts (due to my barrel-shaped chest) if I went with smaller implants, and I told her I've lived with that gap all my life so why change now. I like my sternum -- thank you very much.
Right before surgery, I said, "You know what I want -- a busty B. 275cc is the maximum and no more than two fingers (the gap) between my breasts." She decided exactly what size on the operating table.

We agreed beforehand on going under the muscle since I had no breast tissue as well as the crease incision, which she talked me into because I wanted the armpit incision instead.

Yep -- I'm bossy or assertive depending how you look at it.

absolutely. That as a huge factor in chosing my PS. I wanted somebody that would know what looked best on me, and he did. I did go the max he would do.
