For those of you who have had C-Sections, which was more painful; your BA or C-Section???

I did have a c-section and I think it was a little more painful than my ba, but it did take me longer to get back to normal after my ba. I did not have much pain with my ba, I was just uncomfortable and had alot of pressure but not any pain.

Honestly my c-section so far. I just had my BA yesterday so maybe not the right time to post. I was virtually med free after my c-section though. I was bfing and didnt want my babies to have any of the meds so I took a total of 4 pain pills so I felt all the pain, not something I recommend to the faint of heart!!! I've also had brain, neck, kidney stone removal surgery and now a BA, c-section was the worst.....

C-section was the worst.. I had trouble getting in and out of bed, had to sleep in my recliner after my baby. I had pain after my ba, but it was localized, and didnt keep me from sleeping, or sleeping in my bed..

C-section...........way way worse. (I have overs which is less painful, so people tell me, than unders) With my c~s it hurt soooooooo much, the burning of the incision made me cry...this was a breeze compared to that. Although for whatever reason I think this takes much longer to heal.

C-Section was far worse! The BA recovery is much quicker and easier (IMO).

C-section by a mile!!! For me, I had basically zero pain with my BA recovery, only some tightness that lasted a few days. After that, it was just some tenderness on the sides and some soreness when raising my arms. It was a VERY easy recovery. My C-section, on the other hand, was KILLER!!! It was painful just to move!

C-Section for sure! Much more painful. It took me weeks to get back to just being able to do the little things. My BA was very easy for me. With in a week I felt pretty good.

I had a ba/bl and FTT with MR at the same time. Hands down for me the c-section was worse than all of that. I've had three c-sections. HTH

well... i had 2 c sections... my daughter was 8 12 and my son was 9.4. my recovery from them were way easy....no pain meds needed with either one.
my first ba....440 overs way easy..... less pain then c section. no pain meds needed. 2nd ba (aug 15) 700 unders..... JUST AWFUL.... so painful on left side and totally needed pain pills. no really... real pain! (probably due to silent rupture of silicone and all the cleaning and scraping involved... just awful) |
