I'm aware of that, which is always why I say DD/E - In the UK I am a full E but I think in the US I'm mostly a DD. I could not fit into a D cup bra for love or money no matter which part of the world.

Who knows? I say anything is possible with implants.....i've seen so many different cc sizes on so many different sized girls, and there's always such differences between everyone...it's really hard to tell how someone will "take" the implants. You could always sneek a hand under her shirt and check her bra tags...

Yea..I'd say it's possible. Likely? No. Possible? Yes. A 30DD is the same cup as a 36B, so maybe she just has a tiny ribcage??

With a 30" rib cage and an A cup? No, not possible. Either she was wearing the wrong bra size before or she's wearing the wrong size now.

I'm 5'7" and was wearing a 32/34 AA before, and got 280 ccs. I just tried on sports bras the other day and was shocked that I fit into a 34C! I feel like it is mostly swelling (I'm 10 days post-op). I thought if I fit into a C at all it would be a 32. I think I have a 29" rib cage? I fit into a 32 band but wear a 34 a lot because they are more comfy, and it fits my boobs better which seem to be wide apart.

I understand the bit about competitive friends, you want to let it go, but it can get annoying!

Depending on her frame, chest anatomy, placement, profile etc etc - yes, it's entirely possible. I went from an A to a E/F (uk sizes) with 325cc VHP, as Anne correctly said...

I was a B cup, initially getting 300CC to go to a D/DD (told the sugeon that was the MIN I would settle for )

Got 500CC & am an E/F

I would say that it COULD be possible, but I doubt it very much. I was a small A and got 400 and am a full C. I don't really think it could happen, but who knows.
