I'm only about 4 months post-op, but at 8 weeks post-op, I think I had my final result. They haven't really changed since then.

Married mom of 2 sweet kids, both breastfed Pre-BA: deflated 32A/B Post-BA: 32B/C 26.5" ribcage, 5'2", 100lbs. 200cc full unders, Mentor MemoryGel mod profile silicones, transareolar incision BA, FTT w/MR, flank lipo on Feb. 5, 2008 Considering revision to correct pre-existing asymmetry that wasn't fully addressed at my BA (by lowering left crease). Sometime in late 2009?

I voted 3-4 months, even though I think I've fluffed more because I spill out of my bra now. I noticed a huge difference around my 3 month mark. I was so high & square my first couple of months, I didn't think they were ever gonna look natural.

I didn't vote, because I'm not completely done, but at 6 weeks, I know exactly what they're going to look like, even though they're not completely there yet.
